Crunches, crunches, crunches!! Side crunches, front crunches, crunches with your feet straight up, and crunches with your feet slightly off the floor.
Also, keep in mind, that genetics take a huge part in the amount of weight you can lose and what you can look like. But, doing 20 crunches in the morning and at night will make a huge difference and make you feel better!
