Q: when or after you start your period do you have to wear a pad, or tampon all the time after you start it like everyday do you have to wear one. sorry. i dont know. i haven't started mine and im scared. lol.

When I first got my period, I only got it one day and then it didn't come back for like 1 and a half months. It's really light at first and it's not like you can have an "accident" Some girls get their period for the first time and it last more then one day. You may want to wear a pad the first day and so on. I don't think a tampon is really necassary, because it's not even going to be really heavy. However, if you are active and play sports or swim, you may want to because tampons are more comfortable for sports! ;) I hope I helped!!!
