well, if i were you i would tell him. i know how it feels to fall in love with someone, and kind of quickly. he said it first to me though, but we'd felt it longer before he actually came out and said it. so now that i think about it wait a couple weeks and really watch and listen to the way he treats you, and how he acts towards you and when you're around eachother. if it's clear that he feels strongly about you, then if i were you, i would tell him. sometime when it's just you two (or just you two in hearing range at least) and a moment when it wouldn't be totally random either. maybe sometime when he's bringing you home from a movie/date...if your old enough to where you go on those. or sometime over the phone, but i think in person would be best. best of luck and i think that if your best friend thinks he loves you, you will most likely have a good response from him when you tell him how you feel! xo helpachick
