im 15/f almost 16 and i am a small girl.. 5'5 but 150 lbs.. it soudns like alot and it kind of is.. but i dont look fat... i am a little chubby espeically my stomache and my arms, even though i look like decent i really want to lose like alot of weight. first so i can have confidence and wear things id want to. 2nd just so i can be comfortable and 3 i really want to look good for my upcoming sophmoreformal


what can i do to atleast lose like 20 lbs within like 2 months? im a 9/10 -11/12 in pants now and i want to get in a solid 5/6 or 7/8

Usually I wouldn't recommend those fancy diets because I think the best way to loose weight is plan out exercise and watch what you eat. But, I have a teacher that lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks on the South Beach Diet and he swears by it. We all could really tell the difference too.


So I'd give that a try. But keep in mind that guys do loose weight faster and easier than girls and no diet will work that great without exercise. If you do decide to try that diet make sure you stick with it step-by-step.


If not that, I would just do as I said up there, watch what you eat and exercise. Running a mile or so everyday with about 20+ crunches/sit ups will help alot. This also means that you need to cut out sodas, junk foods, sweets, and greasy foods.


Also, once you have lost what you've wanted, you need to keep up with your exercising because if you don't, you will gain the weight back. Good luck.
