whats an easy way to lose about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds a week , without doing any thing drastic?

cut out all the junk foods (chips, crackers, soda, ice cream.) get plenty of protein and fruits and vegetables. also if you can go walking for 30 mins or jogging.
