okay well there is this clear sticky stuff when ever i go to the bathroom and its also in my underwear sometimes..i havent started my period yet..i dont know what it is..and it may seem gross but please respond if you know? (link)

It's called discharge. It's normal and every girl gets it. You have it before and after and sometimes even during your period.
It's really not gross. It is your body's way of protecting you from infection and cleaning itself out, and other reasons as well.
