okay well there is this clear sticky stuff when ever i go to the bathroom and its also in my underwear sometimes..i havent started my period yet..i dont know what it is..and it may seem gross but please respond if you know?

It's so totally normal to get that. It's called discharge and you can get it anywhere from a day to a year before you start your period.
If you don't want it in your underwear (because, well, it's gross and it can smell bad) then you can buy pantyliners, or even deoderized pantyliners to hide the smell. Don't get all paranoid thinking that everyone can smell you, because unless your legs are spread and somebody's head is really close, it's not really that noticable... but yeah, it's just discharge.

It's called discharge. It's normal and every girl gets it. You have it before and after and sometimes even during your period.
It's really not gross. It is your body's way of protecting you from infection and cleaning itself out, and other reasons as well.
