When you are sexually active is there supposed to be hair uhh "down there"? or do you shave it off or what? sorry if this is like a stupid question or whatever but i'll rate. (link)

When you start puberty, your body begins to grow pubic hair [that's the hair "down there"], just as hair begins to grow under your arms.
If you're asking if you should shave if you are sexually active... that is your's, and your boyfriend's, preferences. There is no reason you need to shave unless you want to do so.
