how can you tell if you like somebody?
i think i might like my best friend, but i don't want it to ruin our friendship. do i just care about him so much because we are so close..or am i beginning to feel something more?
i'm basically asking what it feels like to like someone cause i am very confused.

Ohhhhhhh my god. This is freaky. Practically every "love life" type question sounds exactly like me. I e-mailed one of my best friends and told her that I liked her, and she said that she didn't want to ruin our friendship. In those words. And now that I've asked her out, she says that she's not sure if she likes me or not. But you're probably not who I'm thinking of. The last ten people weren't. Anyway, down to business. If you like him, you'll know. Love is the most powerful emotions in the world. It's impossible to describe, and you can just tell. Without any questioning. It's just, "Wow, I'm feeling something weird---and I'm positive it's love." If you start to daydream and feel like nothing can go wrong and you're truly happy when you think about him, I think you may like him.
