Sorry it's so long, but I desparately need help. This is an easy 5 because there's so many things I need help with. Alright, I've asked a bunch of questions on how to get my crush to like me, and it looks like I just need to ask her out! I need some help doing that, though. First: I want a nice special way to deliver it, like they did at the end of Bye Bye Birdie. Can someone help me there? Also, someone suggested writing a poem for her, I suck at poetry, can someone give me tips? Besides, her name doesn't have any rhymes.... Then there's my parents. They've been betting on whether I'm gonna get a crush before my best friends (we're all nerds) and obviously don't know about me and my crush. How can I tell them? Note: I'm a shy person. Come to think of it, where's a good place to ask her out to? I don't really see any worthwile movies out apart from the Aristocrats, which I can't see until I'm 17. So what's a good place? Dinner? Bowling?
And finally, there's rejection. What happens if she says no? I'm a shy person, and I really don't want to have her say no... I mean, she said she liked me as a friend when I told her I liked her, and instead of getting over her, as time passed, I thought about her more. I've been devastated since, and this is the only way. Please help!!!!!!
Well if you are shy, a nice cute way to do it, without having to do it to her face is just write her a nice note. And then tie a little ribbon or something ontop of the note with a little daisy or flower on it ( not like a whole bouqet cause then that'll look like you're trying to bribe her into going out with you ) just be sweet and sincere. And in the note just explain how after she said she liked you as a friend, you still couldn't get over her and as time passed you thought about her more and you want to try again and ask her if she will go out with you. And have her write her answer back and give you the note. A good place to take a girl somewhere on the first date is a movie. You might think there's no good movies out to see, but she might. Let her pick the movie. And if she can't decide on one, have her go over your house and you can rent one/ or watch one you already have. Which'll also be good for the date cause since you are at your house in your a comfortable place and might ease up more. And talk to your parents about this first ; they might be able to help you out with some stuff. Just tell them that you have this crush on this girl and you are planning to ask her out and if they can help. And finally, about rejection ; don't worry about it. Sometimes it happens to people, and I know it hurts, but it may not seem like it but sometimes it's worth it. Because hey, at least you gave it a shot which some guys don't have the guts to try and also if you never did ask her out, there'd always be what if? What if she does like you and you never asked her out? You would be losing the chance of a possible relationship happening. So just ask her out ; and if she says no ; she says no. But ask her if you still want to be friends so at least you have some sort of relationship with her and can be close to her and talk to her. And then who knows? Get to know her really well and maybe someday she'll like you back ( unless she already does ;-) ..) =) If you want to talk more, please IM me at:
