Um... hi. I'm Holly, 17. Live in Denver but I'm from Virginia originally. I don't know what to say... haha. I like to hang out with my friends and such, watch TV and movies. 13/m hey i need advise on askin a girl out. im about to ask her out but then i get chicken. HELP!!! And i have never made-out with a girl and im 13. do most kids make out b4 13? And when will i no wen to kiss her?
Okay first of all, don't be in such a rush. You're young -- you don't have to rush into relationships or kissing or anything like that. Trust me. It leads to... well... nothing.
Before you ask any girl out, make sure your parents are okay with you dating. A lot of parents don't allow their kids to date until they're a certain age -- 14, 16, 35... yeah. So make sure that your parents are okay with the idea. You don't want to ask her out and then have to cancel because Dad said no!
Anyway, I think that the best way to ask this girl out is to just strike up a conversation with her. And then, somewhere in the conversation, say something like, "So, do you wanna go out sometime?" Maybe you could offer to take her to a movie or laser tag. Miniature golf is also fun. You get to talk and get to know each other -- and you can make fun of each other for missing a putt! =)
About kissing... well, like I said. Don't be in such a rush. You've got your whole life ahead of you. In my opinion, there's nothing wrong with being 13 and not kissing anyone yet. And you're not "most kids" -- so don't worry about them. It doesn't matter what "most kids" have done.
As for when the right moment to kiss her will be... well, I don't know. I think that on the first date, you should try not to be too forward. Maybe at the end you could give her a hug, and if the date went REALLY well, kiss her on the cheek. Don't push her to do anything -- if she's comfortable kissing you, you'll know.
