can you wear a pad while swimming? or is a tampon reccomended.. can you not wear any?
a tampon is deffinitly reccomended because a pad will most likely fall off.. or either make you leak. however you stop bleeding in the water so it may not make you leak. but a pad will be very visible in water. so unless your swimming with a group of girls i dont think you would want guys to see your pad = \
