No. You'll have frozen strawberry milk - and if I'm not mistaken, frozen milk is rather crappy. To make ice-cream is a significantly more involved process that I've totally forgotten how exactly it works, other that you use lots of salt to super-cool the ingredients while you churn them slowly.
