13/f--->Hey guys, i have a weight problem, i weigh about 215 and well i never realized how fat i was until i really looked in the mirror. I started to run and im doing volleyball so we have to run for like 2 and a half hours straight and i'm going to start excersizing with my friend.I also don't drink any soda or eat junk food now. Do you guys have any ideas, i know youve seen so many of these, but im talking about motivation. Also any websites, ive heard of teentone

Keep doing what you're doing. Since you're becoming a teen, these body changes will happen. If you need advice on losing weight, just talk to your doctor about it and he/she will give you the best advice. Drink water (a lot) and don't eat breads and sweets often. It's good that you're not drinking soda, because that is a drink that is really unhealthy. Instead of eating like a sandwich for lunch, eat soup and salad.
