Q: Alright lets start from the very start.. I used to have very short hair and glasses that made my eyes look bug eyed.. Well last year I got contacts (which I must say has changed my life) and My hair has grown out and is very long (blonde) and my eyes are deep green.. Well lets just say I have not had an easy time. Before I got contacts people would pick on me about my glasses and my hair. Well when I went into 8th grade My hair was long and ai had contacts so they didnt have a reason to pick on me but yet.. people still tryd. I did have bfs but i also had boy troubles.. no bf that actualy lasted long.. the longest was a month. Now I am going into highschool and I want to be noticed and i would like to not be picked on as much. I think it would also really be nice to find a guy that I could be with for atleast a while.. and I would like to get some guys attention.. Can you help me? please..

you shouldn't need to CHANGE yourself for a guy. Seriously! It may seem like the world to have a boyfriend... but it's not. You're still young, you have plenty of time to find someone you love truly and sincerely. I know, I know... I sound like someones mother but I didn't have my first boyfriend until I was 15 and I'm not 19... My mother told me that and I waited. I'm 19 and STILL a virgin. You know why? Because I want to get married before I do anything sexual with a guy, except kissing. But... if you want guys to notice you, you need to be yourself around them but if you want, have more attitude but not too much... a guy migiht think you're leading him onto sex and trust me... you DON'T want that. High school is tough! All the time, you're going to see girls exposing themselves in bad ways, showing their body more and making themselves look easy so guys will think she's easy and want to "do her". You don't want to have that kind of reputation. Girls like that are known as "whores", "sluts", and sometimes "prostitutes". These are not good names and you WILL be called them if you act sexual by showing your body or wearing visible thongss that guys can see. A guy wants you when you're like that, especially in high school. It's not worth it. Don't EVER do it. I've seen girls like that. Girls like that end up raped and killed by some pervert and you DON'T want that. You don't need to change. You're beautiful no matter what but like I said, add attitude on top of brand new clothes and maybe new make-up, just for attraction. As for your "un-see-able" beauty, act nice and sweet. Be cute with them and funny too. Flirt a lot and DON'T go for someone elses boyfriend. LOL. Wrong choice! His girlfriend will hunt you down like a dog and TRY to hurt you, and she could. I've seen that happen. I hope you take this as a tip, not a warning or lecture. I'm telling what happens in high school...
