I'm kinda scared of shots, and tomorrow i have to go to the doctor to get a physical and i have to get a tetnis shot. im freaking out. do u have any tricks to help me relax or to numb the pain? i need some advice asap b/c the appointment's tomorrow morning. thx!

yes i have had one before you just feel a little pinch nothing to worry about try not to look at the needle so much try looking at other things in the room such as pictures posters also you could listen to your favorite song and it will get stuck in your head then you will be humming it while you are getting the shot or just think of something good in your head until it is over they aren't bad either your arm will be sore for a few days but nothing to get stressed out about perfectly normal everybody gets them once a month or whenever. signed, the sun that brightens up your day~ sunshine 1232
