Q: i really dont like meat..i mean just the taste of it..does anybody know a list of foods that i could eat that have protein in them! thanks a bunch! i rate!!
eggs, nuts, beans, fruits, veggies, milk, cheese, tofu, or you could even take a protein supplement if you dont think your getting enough protein in your regular diet
