I know this boy, let's call him Jon. We're really close friends and I have his phone number and my sister wants to call him and ask him out for me because I want to go out with him but last time she did that for me for another guy that I used to like, he said "No". I'm really shy around boys that I like but I'm not shy around him. We're best friends and everything's cool but... I don't know what to do! I'm so confused!

I suggest you ask him out, without your sister's help. Just because another guy said, "no" doesn't mean this guy won't say it. If you're comfortable around him, just ask him out since your bestfriends. If you're not comfortable around him, I think you should get to know him better. Once someone is ready to ask another person out, then they should do so. I think your bestfriend would like you to ask him out, so he knows for sure you really like him.
