Apply Aloe to the affected area. it can be from an aloe plant where you just rip it off and put some on or this bottle of aloe that you can buy from the store. this may sound strange but after each use from the bottled aloe formula put it in the fridge and then it will feel soothing cause itz cold. and apply sunscreen whenever you go out.
