eek! haha, sorry for the weird title.
My butt, is practically gone. I've lost alot of weight, yay for me! but my butt has gone with all my weight.
I don't want my butt back because ''guys like big butts'' I want it back because it's soo bony now and I can't find any good jeans and it's uncomfortable to sit on hard chairs because of the bones, this sounds weird I know but seriously.
Does anyone know any excersizes to get a bigger butt without putting weight on?
I'm no expert, but my aunt says that squats and lunges should do it. I hope I helped you out. If you have any questions, I'm sure that I can find out for you.
