There's this guy at school who I really like a lot. I met him about a month ago, and the only problem is that he's really quiet. I've started to talk to him, and we're kind of friends, but he's pretty much a loner. The only people he will talk to is me (for no reason I can figure out) and his older sister, who actually wants us to go out. The only problem is he's really shy, so I don't know if he likes me or not. And I'm not exactly that close to his sister... so I don't want to ask her. I'm wondering if I should tell him now, or wait a little longer, because I haven't known him very long... and when should I tell him if I have to wait?

I think that you should wait a little bit longer adn just talk to him more. Try to make him get a little more comfortable around you. Then when the time comes KISS AND TELL. LOL. And maybe you can even ask his sister to hook you up. Hope my advice helped!
