Hi ive been finding it really hard to sleep for the last few days, can anyone give me some advice on how i might be able to get a few hours at least of sleep thank you..
ill rate hight for good answers
Don't watch TV for at least an hour before you go to bed. Watching it will keep you up with all the sounds and colors. Drink warm milk, and listening to soothing music very low. ♥ Kristen
