I'm a 14 yr old girl and I work at the gym 4 days a week, plus im a baskeatball player. so i want to bulk up and define my muscels. i want to do this Healthfully. so know of any good shakes or powders? Thanks kmagirl16

Hey sweetie,

My mom is a work out FREAK! She makes her shakes with protein powder. Called "WHYEY" and you can buy the powder in health food stores, GNS (General Nutrition Center.) they have their stores in the malls. But you can check online to see whats in your area. But the powder comes in different flavors, like vanilla and chocolate, and you just add water to it. You can add sugar but MORE CALORIES! LOL...
