Whenever I almost do anything like play tennis, volleyball, cheerleading, piano, etc, I always get nervous, but only when people are watching me. I always play bad at tennis when this one boy is there, but when he's not, I do fine. I know, I know, just block it out. But I try just to focus on what's going on on my court, but it's so hard. Anyone have any tips?

Pretend they aren't even there! Just enjoy what you are doing. Have fun! Who are you trying to impress? :) Love what you are doing in front of them and you will be fine. How can you live your life if nobody is watching? :)
