My MacBook, does'nt have Paint. I use to use paint to "Skew" my pictures. I can't find an image sizer anymore. Is there anything I can download?

everytime i click on something a pop-up comes up saying : "Do you want to allow software such as ActiveX controls and plug-ins to run?"
& I keep clicking "yes" but everytime I go on something different i have to keep on clicking it & clicking it. It's getting really annoying.

i've had limewire for a while and today i keep clicking on it to open it but it doesn't pop up on my computer. whats wrong? i turned off my firewall too.
Limewire and many other programs use java, a programming language. You need to have Java Runtime Environment installed on your computer to use java applications like limewire. It sounds to me like java isn't working properly, or it was never installed(or was uninstalled inadvertently)
If you or someone else never installed java, download and install it here:

If you previously installed java, reinstall it. Do this by going to start>run. Type:
appwiz.cpl
Find "Java SE runtime environment", and any updates for it, and click remove. If it asks you to restart your computer, do it. Then install java from:

To be safe, reinstall limewire(uninstall from appwiz.cpl and download and install from limewire.com). I'm pretty sure this will fix it. about two weeks ago I got the new at&t high speed internet. I dont know why, but everytime i want to play a video or game a site comes up and says that i need to download "Macromedia Flash 8 required". I do download it & the movie comes up most of the time & it says it was installed. I go back on myspace to view music or something & the sign re plays over that i need to download it. I really dont know whats going on but im having trouble doing everything.

There are two things it could return that indicate you have everything installed.:

OR
"flash detection using javascript failed, I'll try VBScript(if there's nothing else, use a different browser or OS)... flash is installed, it is version 9. The current version is 9."
If your version is less than 9(the current version), go to start>control panel>add/remove programs. Remove "macromedia flash player" or something like that. I currlently have dial up...which is REALLY slow, I want to go to DSL, but I do not know what is best for me. I do a lot of surfing on the net, and download music, whats best for me?
DSL will be a major improvement for you. If you are in a city you should definitely go with DSL. If you are in a sparsely populated area, go with cable. Because of the way cable internet works, the more people who use it near you, the slower it will be.
Go with the bigger companies for DSL and cable, not your "mom and pop" internet providers. The reason is that bigger companies are less likely to provide your data to the government, or to limit your connection when downloading. I use AT&T, and while the fastest speed in my area is a bit slow for my taste, I've been very satisfied.(Yes, I know AT&T spies, too, but I feel safer knowing there will be major outrage if they provide too much data)
