ok so i go on holiday on the 25th of july. i am skinny but i want to lose weight on the top part of my legs. can any one help me? will i have to change my diet?
ill rate high for good answers.

Try toning your legs up Do some walking swimming and eat healthy really you cant just eat different and lose weight of your legs it doesnt work that way you need to do exercise. Also you have muscle at the top of legs and people often think its just them but its muscle.

You can get breast cancer any time but its more common that you get skin cancer if your tanning. She might just want you to cover up your boobs.
