This may sound like a stupid question but... What does the expression "having something stuck in your craw" mean? And what are other ways of wording it?

"Boy you got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning."
"You certainly have a chip on your shoulder."
"Your panties are in a wad."
Basically it means that whatever is bugging you needs to be dealt with because it isn't my fault is the loose translation. [ chaos's advice column | Ask chaos A Question ]

SO it like the sentence is stuck in your mouth. You know what I mean, not really stuck, but you may want to say the words, but your brain is telling you that if you do, you'll be sorry.
