Watermelon is a fruit. Therefore it is good for you. But make sure you don't jsut eat watermelon. Eat a balanced meal. You can get one from mypyramid.gov....they'll have a food pyramid for you there.

Ok i have this friend Jackie, She's really fun and she acts like the best friend ever. but she has this lying thing that she wont stop. she'll lie about anything!! her dad hates me so i cant hang around with her around him and she lies about him too. when i ask if she can do something, she'll lie and say her dad is home just because she wants to go somewhere else. then she'd make stupid things up like i have a crush and she'll say "OMG I SAW *HIM* AND HE SAID HI JACKIE! WHATS UP. IM GOING TO CALL RACHEAL TODAY" and then i didnt believe her, bc i never do cuz shes always lying. so i went and i asked him if he saw her and he's like, no...i didnt. so she lies all the time. AND she'll look for stupid reasons to fight with anyone. I've told her i knew she was lying all the time and i wanted her to stop but then she got mad at me for like 7 months and then im always the one to apoligize even though i didnt do anything. so how can i make her stop lying and not get mad at me for nothing?

I know someone just like her. With a person like her, you are going to have to cut to the chase to solve this. Talk with her. Tell her you are tired of her lies. Tell her it needs to stop or you can't stay friends with her, that you need to be able to trust your friends. The big thing to do though- don't take a break while telling her this. She will likely make excuses. '

My friend lies a lot! I can't stand it! And it's not the little stuff either! She would tell you she's dieing and then let you believe that for like 5 months! And then she'd lie to cover it up. It drives all of her friends crazy! And when I talk to her about it, she just yells at me! How could I talk to her without her yelling at me? (link)

Practice basketball with friends, or by yourself. Run daily, because you need to run to play basketball. Soccer helps with running too. Practice. Practice. Practice.

I met this guy on a Friday and got his number on Saturday. We talked nonstop on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and he asked me out on Wednesday. Well, we went out for six days before I asked him if he thought we rushed into things and of course he said yes and I asked him if he would like to take a break so we could actually get to know each other and he said no, but I pushed it and now we are on a "break" and I feel really bad like I've hurt him. He hasn't talked to me at all. I feel really bad, but I know that I rushed into it. Did I do the right thing by taking the break? And do you think he's mad at me? I would put more details about him for the past two days, but he hasn't said anything to me so I can't.

okay here is the thing i am completeley in love with a close family friend he is my age and io love him but i am not skinny and i am ugly and he doesnt know i like him i really want to tell him but i chicken out all the time. my friend told me to do what your heart tells you to do but sometimes that is hard, becasue i want to tell him but if he doesnt like me things could get very weird, his sibling told me to tell him but i am very nervous becasue i have never felt this way before about anyone i mean all i want to do i ssee him and spend time wiht him even though he told me i am annoying and an unbenifical part of his life and he tells me he hates me all the time but i just want to get it out adn tell him i mean i am usually not nervous when telling guys i like them but ughh he so so amazing and i care for him a lot and i just want to be loved. If you feel this nervous telling him yourself, don't. Have his sibling drop a hint saying "Yeah, [Your name] has been acting strange around you. I think she likes you" and get his reaction that way. Or leave a note, or maybe tell him over the phone. Good luck.

Here's my advice.
So, he's short. That really shouldn't matter. If he is your boyfriend, you should dance with him even if the difference is awkward. Guys dance with shorter girls, girls can dance with shorter guys. You need to accept that your boyfriend is short. It really shouldn't be that big of a deal.

Sing in the shower, sing to the radio, sing when you are by yourself. Eventually you will become more confident- you are good. Then try it in front of strangers... that might be easiest because you don't actually know them. Thats what I had to do to get rid of my stage fright and now I'm singing all the time....every chance I get....stick with it and good luck :)

If people think your anorexic and you're not, theres not a lot you can do about that. Tell them that you aren't. Or eat around them. Or whatever.
