Hm thats kind of hard, work out, joiin a team, drink alot of water, even tho its hard cut down on those bad foods, eat subway alot it gives you al your nutrtion alot of times and is low fat! excerize go on runs do tons of crunches and jus push yourself and uwill loose weight in no time!

Im addicted to the computer. When ever i get home from wherever i am..i dart to the computer and if i don't get my reading done for school..ill lose computer for like 2 1/2 months! and i know im not gonna get my reading done. HAve your parents take the computer away from you, becuase then you have no way of going on it even if u wanted to, dontt hink bout it and clal your freinds and gt out moe always b busy or having something to do and it will make time go by faster. After that week limit your time yourself on the computer if you can like n hour a day 30 min here and 30 min there or something i duno? just like watch your time or something and im sure once u get out more you will be away from the computer with planns already!

Hey. My fiancee broke his back a couiple of years ago. Ever since he has had back pain where it broke. He broke it in his lower back, and the very bootom of the back. Lately though that pain seems to have travelled farther up his back. Anytime anyone touched his lower back it would hurt really bad ... now whenever someone touches the middle of his back it hurts. Is this normal??? Please help, i'm really worried.

ok, i'm 19/female. my best friend(steve) died in march. the night before he did we admitted to each other that we were in love with each other and had been for years. it was the happiest day of my life. all i had to do was break up with my man. the next morning, steve was found dead at a nearby park. the police still dont know if it was suicide or if he was killed, but anyways. that death destoryed my whole life, took my heart right down in the grave with him. then i met neil, and i still love steve, i always will... but i connect with neil, and i see things in neil that i saw with steve. i think that steve sent neil to me to make sure im ok. well.. neil was on probation, and broke it by leaving the county, and now is facing a 1-3 yr sentence. i dont know what to do. i cant lose both of them. please help.

No rude comments like the last time, but heres my situation. my bf had to get tested for a sperm count and it turns out that he has a low sperm count or is possibly infertile. We had sex a few days ago and while we were, his condom broke. He didnt cum yet though and he pulled right out and put on a new one. My question is, after hearing about everything related to this. Okay, this may sound dumb, but im confused.
If you call a suicide hotline, do they call the cops? Especially since you are in danger? I have always wondered this and my councelor at school gave me a list of hotlines because I am always thinking about suicide.
