Yes, it is safe inserting a tampon in when you don't have your period. Just take it out after you do it because there is a type of syndrome that you can get which is Toxic Shock Syndrome if you do this all the time for a long time but there is a small chance of you getting that. If you only do this once for practice, then you're fine.

To get your hair perfectly straight and frizz free, you need to use a good straightener or a flat iron/CHI. Those girls you see probably use a flat iron or CHI because those two types of straighteners make your hair frizz free. As for the silkiness part, you need to use a shine spray or any type of serum for your hair. Then you just straighten you hair like you normally would.

To tear your jeans to have them have that torn/destroyed look, you just have to take scissors and a rock or sandpaper and just make a few, smell cuts where you want them to be on your jeans, and just take the rock or sandpaper and just rub it and that will work.

To get rid of the stretch marks on your lower body (hips and legs), you can either rub cocoa butter or Vitamin E cream over your hips and legs and that will fade them. They won't fade them instantly, it will take a few days to a few weeks but they will go away by the summer.

My friend told me that if you rub vegetable oil on your skin and then go outside and lay in the sun you'll get a really nice tan. Is this true? Has anyone ever tried it? Does it work?
Yes, when rubbing vegetable oil on your skin and then going outside, you will get a tan. I have tried it and it has worked for me. Putting any type of oil on your body such as baby oil, vegetable oil, or even tanning oil, well make you tan faster, since the sun's rays are attracted to oil.
Instead of using vegetable oil, I would suggest using a regular tanning oil that has a good SPF but will still make you tan. If you just go outside without any sunblock on and just tanning/vegetable oil, you will burn. Just use a tanning oil and that will give you a nice tan. If you want to use vegetable oil, then you can but you may burn but that will soon turn into a tan.

I am 15 and 5'3 and 142 pounds..I used to be 112 when I was 12..I had gained 30 pounds :-x..I can't do sit ups for some reason or anything like that, I need to use my elbow to help me up. I have a breathing problem and I can't really run w/o having to stop and catch my breath every few yards. Is there anyways I can get to about 120 by summer?
The only other way to lose about 20 pounds by the summer without exercising that much, since you have breathing problems, is to eat healthy. Eating healthy and watching how much food you take in is very important when wanting to lose weight.
Is your metabolism slow? If it is, then you can make it faster by confusing your body which will make you lose weight faster. Tomorrow, for example, you can eat 5 small meals throughout the day, that are healthy, and the next day, you can eat your regular 3 meals that are healthy, and keep on doing this until summer comes.
Why don't you go on some diet such as a low carbohyrdate diet? You will lose weight very quickly going on this diet. Just don't eat anything that has a lot of carbohydrates in it )but you still need to eat a little bit of foods that have carbohydrates, since they give your body energy.)
If you do lose weight and if you notice that you have extra skin on your body, you need to do exercises that will tone those parts of your body that have that extra skin. Check out http://www.toneteen.com for exercises.

The only other site that I know of that you don't have to download anything is http://www.purevolume.com. That site has its own player and a lot of good, recent songs. You can also go to http://www.singingfish.com but you need to use your Windows Media Player in order to listen to songs.
Speaking of Windows Media Player, when you were trying to listen to songs, did you search for them through that? Try going to http://cdzinc.com and browsing through the songs and hit "Play~" and that will work that way.

For Hollister backgrounds, you can go to its website, which is http://www.hollisterco.com, and they have a cute background right now and you can right click on it and copy it's URL. Or you can use some of their clothing as backgrounds by clicking on "Bettys" and browsing through everything.

No, there is nothing wrong with you. Discharge is normal and it's just another way for your body to clean itself. If your discharge smells weird and if it has been changing color, then you may have an infection but those are easy to treat if you get medication right away.

Yes, that's normal. It's just hair that is underneath your skin that will grow in a few days. All of the hair isn't supposed to come off when you shave because it's practically impossible, unless you get your pubic hair waxed.

Lately, my rating average on my site is really messed up. The other day I had 65 ratings, and today I have 61. There isn't anyway to delete a rating after giving it, is there? Whenever it says I have let's say 64 ratings now, my average doesn't change at all. I heard some where in your profile settings you can get your average right away. Any clue about that? Help.
Your ratings only count for 30 days so this is why the number of times you've been rated went from 65 to 61. There is a way to delete your rating after you receive it and that's by either going to "Edit Answers", searching for the question that you got a particular rating on and then deleting your answer to it. Or you can just go to "View Feedback" on your column, click on a rating, and then delete your answer to that question.
