My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

I really have no idea.. I think I made it pretty clear on how much I really love to give advice and I have a weird personality that some people tend to like. I had my column for about a year I think and I made friends with a lot of people on this website. I'm really nice to everyone and I'm just really honest. You should make friends with people on here and give out really good advice and be really honest.

I snuck over to my boyfriend's house and my mom found out and is thinking about making me go to bootcamp what should I do?

You need to give your mom an explanation about what you did and why you did it. Talk with her about it and let her know it was a mistake and that you don't deserve to go to boot camp. Try showing her responsibility so she can trust you again.

EDIT-Your rating was really uncecessary.. no one deserves to help you at all and your mom should send you to boot camp for your attitude.

Layout? There are 4 options on how you can have your column. Backgrounds, pictures, text, colors is all up to you. You have to find your own background and put your own pictures to make it pretty. To find cute background just look on xanga layouts and then save it. If you don't know how to add it to your column, let me know. But anyways, everything it up to you.

I honestlly think that black dresses are the cutest. It looks good on anyone and it matches with everything. Anyways, if you like color, just think about your assets. If you have darker hair, you should go with brighter colors. Orane, blues, greens, or whatever you like. I'm going to have a dance at the end of the year and I wish I could just wear flip flops lol.. but you can just wear a small heal or pumps.. they are comftrable and not all that fancy looking. Anyways, if you focus on the dress, hair & make up your shoes wouldn't really matter. I bet you will take them off while you're dancing anyways.. I sure will. Anyways, I'm not sure what kind of stores you have but when you're at the mall go to every store. That's what I do. I don't care where it's from as long as I like it. Have fun!!

okay. well. my crush i've liked for about 7 months now finally got the guts to tell me he likes me too, but not enough to go out with me, but thats okay. Hahaha!! How lame is he.. most guys don't ask to grab someone's butt.. they just do it. If you are okay with him "grabbing" it, then alright but if you don't want him to touch you then just say so. I don't really know what you want advice on but yeah.

okay well my last period was basically 2 months ago and i havent gotten it since like the beginning of january .. is there something wrong with me?

Nothing is wrong with you. I'm that way all the time. I skip about 2 or 3 months and nothing seems to be wrong with me. The reason you probablly don't get it on time is from hormone imbalance. Stress, anxiety, and mood swings can also cause you to miss your perioud. It's nothing that serious but if this does happen a lot, you should talk to a doctor. There is a perscription for this and it's called perimenopause.

No offence, but your over use of the word like is really getting on my nerves. Anyways, you need to tell her that you're only trying to help her and do what's best for her. She likes this guy so much that she doesn't care what happens to her. If she doesn't want help, don't even hang out with her. She's a bad influence and later on she'll be sorry she didn't listen to you.

hi im 12 going to be 13 tomorrow. in the begining of the year in september i went out with this guy keith. i really really liked him. aafter 2 months we broke up. then i just finally moved onto this kid tyler. now tyler is nice and everythng and admitted he liked he but he wont ask me out. he tells all his frineds he likes me and does cute stuff for me. and the other day keith called me and told me thathe loved me. and he told my friend that he would go out with me and theres something about me that makes him go "crazy" inside. now im falling back in love with keith. but i dont know what to do about tyler. what should i say to tyler telling him that i want to be with keith?

Make up your mind on what guy you want. You have to say something instead of playing both of these guys. If you want Keith, tell Tyler that you want to stay friends. It might hurt his feelings, but you have to be honest with him.

A lot of girls act like that and they don't really know why. One reason might be that you want to impress him and you flirt the wrong way. You need to stop because he's getting a wrong message from you and he won't like you because of that. You can stop. Instead of making fun of him for whatever he does, give him a compliment.

I have a heart shaped face which is a wide forehead. I read in a magazine about what hair is best for all faces and it said to try side swept bangs so my head looks smaller. I am actually thinking about doing it but what do you all think? like if I dont like it then my bangs will grow out eventually but i dont know. also is there like any way to see what i'll look like with side bangs? like is it possible to put one of my pictures on like a paint on the computer and draw bangs? i no it sounds weird but does anyone no how i could see what it looks like before i do it? please help me and thanks! i will rate u all 5's if ur helpful!!!

k so this is kinda embarassing. im 13 & a female obviously. i've had my period since i was 11, and i've always used pads. mostly everyone that i talk ab that kinda thing w/ uses tampons .. even some of my friends that just got it in the last couple monthes. i really wanna start using them so i dont have to worry ab pads, especially since summer is coming up. any tips or anything? is it true that some people have a tough time putting in tampons? does it hurt? what does it feel like? ill give 5's! thanks so much

Sometimes, people do have a rough time putting them in but that's only when they start they don't really know how to insert it in right. When you put a tampon in, it doesn't hurt. Well, at least it doesn't hurt me and it's not supposed to. I don't really know how to explain the feelings, but there really is none. The point of tampons is so you can't even feel them. You should start of with regular tampons, and if you're really heavy, swich to super later on. Always wear a pany liner just incase a leak happens. Change your tampon every 2-3 hours so it doesn't smell and so you don't get TSS.

Once you get them, they will hurt for a while. I'm not sure if they hurt once you take them off, but think of how great your teeth will look so all the pain would be worth it! =D
