Scrunching your hair is pretty easy. You just need to have your hair wet and use gel and a scrunching spray. Use a strong hold gel and for a scrunching spray, Aussie has a few and I have one. Right after you take a shower, wrap your hair up in a towel for a minute or two and then unwrap. Brush your hair and part it done the middle or on the side, which ever you prefer. Put some gel in your hands and then just grab some hair and squeeze them and just move your hands around throughout your hair and that's where scrunching gets its name. You can then do the same with the spray. If you want it to really work, then scrunch your hair by layers after you have done it throughout your hair and that will help. That's how I scrunch my hair and it works.

Okay.. welp the other day i dyed my hair dark and now it looks like it is black. I HATE having 'black' hair. My mom won't let me dye it again so is there anyway i can get it back to brown? I put that sun-in stuff in my hair but will that have any effect since my hair is BLACK!?
If you just dyed your hair the other day, then your hair will be dark for a while. When I first dyed my hair dark in the summer, it came out black but overtime and washing my hair a lot, the color faded. Try washing your hair a lot and that will help fade the color. Dish detergent will basically get rid of most of the color in your hair if you use it but I have never done that. If you put Sun In in your hair, it will give your hair a orangey/red tint color if use too much. That's what happened to me. Even though you don't like the black, other people may and change is good. The color will fade eventually, don't worry.

what makeup is right for me? i have tan skin,brown eyes,brown/black hair. Please help. I rate to 5's
-For foundation, I suggest that you use Tru Blend by Cover Girl. This type of foundation has a ton of colors to choose from for you skin and you just need to pick one that is closest to your skin tone.
-For eyeshadow, neutral colors will look good and some of these colors are greens, light blues, browns (tan, gold, light brown, etc), and so on. Don't use dark eyeshadows, just stick with light ones.
-For eyeliner and mascara, either brown and black will go with you.
-For powder/cover up, choose one that matches your skin tone.
-You can use blush if you want, but don't use one that is too pink. A light brown will go with you but you don't need to wear it if you don't want to.
As for brands, either Maybelline, Cover Girl, Almay, and Revlon, all have great eye shadows, foundations, eyeliners, mascaras, cover up, blush, and so on.

For your first question, yes, that someone could go to jail because it's illegal for a 25 year old to be dating a 15-16 year old, since you need to be 18 years or older to date a 25 year old.
For your second question, yes, police officers could file charges. If your parents knew you weren't a virgin before you started dating this guy, then they can tell the police that and they will then not file charges.

If these comments are really bad and the person is harassing you, then you can file an abuse report at http://advicenators.com/abuse.php. You need to provide links to that particular question and one of the Level 2 and 3 moderators will take care of this. Maybelline and Cover Girl both have good mascaras that makes your eyelashes longer and curlier. I have to agree with the other columnist that Maybelline's XXL Volume + Length Mascara is great and it does work, since I use it. There are two parts to it and it helps curl your eyelashes and makes them longer.

Does anyone have any tips for getting lip gloss to last about 6 hours?
An ordinary lip gloss really doesn't last for about 6 years because it's basically impossible. I have never found a lip gloss that lasted about 6 hours, unless it was a long lasting one. The only way for getting lip gloss to last for a long time is to either reapply it when you need to or you can buy a long lasting one.

There are a few things you can do to keep your hair healthy but still make it look great every day. You can use shampoos/conditioners that treat and help your damaged hair. Pantene Pro-V and Garnier Fructice both of shampoos that will help your hair. Washing and straightening/curling your hair every day is not good and if you wash your hair every other day and use a serum that will protect your hair from heat products, then this will help your hair. Wash your hair every other day and you can still straighten your hair.

Do you know anyone that would try going on your screen name. If you don't, then someone probably was because if the can't figure it out, then AIM automatically changes your password and sets that as your default. This has happened to me plenty of times and I just figured out why a few months ago. If you go to the sign on window, click on "Forgot Password" and then your password will be sent by email and then you can change your password, once you get your screen name to work.

It's not really bad because there are people out in the world that are bipolar. The only bad part is if you think you have bipolar and don't see a doctor, then you need to. So yes, you are supposed to do something about it and that's seeing a doctor and finding out if you are bipolar.

Wait, your own brother is trying to rape you? That's wrong and you definitely need to try to find another place to live, no matter where it is. You don't need to be put up with that. If you have any other relatives that you know will take you in and let you live in their house, then try to contact them and ask them. You can always go to Child Services if you need to. I know you don't want to end up in a place you don't want to but your own brother shouldn't try to rape you. He needs to get help.

I don't know why this is because this can be from several reasons. If you want to tone your stomach/abdominal so it won't seem as though you are pregnant, then you need to do exercise such as crunches and sit ups. Do a few sets each day and gradually increase the amount you do over time. Running and jogging also helps and so does eating healthy.

You've come to the right person with this, since I have pierced my belly button 5 times before I got it professionally pierced. Trust me, do not let your friend pierce her belly button herself. There is always that chance that she will mess something up when she doesn't even notice it. The last time I pierced my belly button, I popped a blood vessel and the whole area around my belly button was purple/red and you could see the vessel. Yes, I know, it's gross, but I didn't even feel anything when I did it. See, things can happen.
But if you really want me to explain how to pierce your own belly button, then I will. You need to sterilize both the needle, the area around your friend's belly button, and the barbel (the ring to put in after). After you've done all of that, you can either ice her belly button for about 10 minutes or you can by those sprays that numb your skin. Once her belly button is numb, then you pierce it but you need to mark the two holes to pierce through. If you don't know where to mark it, look at a piercing on a picture and that will help. Then, you just take the needle and either pierce from the bottom up or from the top to the bottom. I did mine from the top to the bottom. You need to pierce it through or your friend will feel some pain and may get scared and will probably tell you to stop. Just do it and then just clean the area again and put the barbel in. There may be blood coming out but that happened it me.
You should really have her get it done professionally because the way I explained how to do it, anything can happen. It costs around $20 for the actual piercing at the body piercing place and you can trust them. Just bring in the ring and let them pierce your friend's belly button.
