Hey. Im 11 years old . and im a girl. Im scared about getting my period.. in 5 grade.. that just ended some girls starting getting there periods. And im scard!
I heard it hurts and stuff
and i dont want to use tampons what if the string came off.. and i have to use tampons to go swimming the pad would come apart..

awww its ok! it doesnt hurt...well if you get cramps maybe but thats what ibuprofen is for! :) the string wont come off...and i definitly dont recommend going swimming with a pad! lol...dont be scared its nothing to worry about!

Okay so i'm going to be 14 in August and my period still hasent come yet. My boobs are VERY large for my size (4ft 11in and size 32B).I also masturbate so i dont know if that is affecting it, should i stop? My mom got her period at the age of 11 so i feel like something is wrong. I'm anxious to get my period because dont want to get it at like a really bad time( example: down the beach with my friend). At least if i have it i'll no what/when to expect it. ALL my friends have it so i also feel VERY left behind. Will rate for good advice. Please dont tell me i'm lucky i havent gotten it or its not that great to have, or ne thing like that. Much love, Please help!

me and this guy almost went out about 7 months ago and i basically got myheart broken. then about 2 weeks ago he e-mailed me saying he was sorry for leading me on and stuff and he wants to prove to me that hes nicer then that. so i emailed him back bascially saying don't worry about it and he'll have to prove it to me. so he said he was going to camp for a week but then when he gets back we'll hang out for sure. well hes been back for 2 days now and he hasn't IMed me or anything and i sent him an email about this drink he told me about saying it was good and he was like haha yeah thats why i love it. so yeah, should i bring up that we should hang out? i'm nervous to IM him or bring it up, especially since he isn't too shy of a guy and i think he woulda brought it up if he wanted to. i leave on thursday and won't be back for 2 weeks so time is pretty limited. what should i do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, well I've been going to a workout camp for three weeks, and already I see great improvement in my speed, strength, and endurance. The only thing, is that WHILE I'm working out, my back sweats really bad, and completely soaks the back of my shirt! It seriously grosses me out and it is not too much fun when you're stuck with a wet shirt for a lot of the day. What can I do?

bring an extra shirt and change halfway through! :)

after you get your first period whens the next time you get it? some say 5 months? or will it be one month?i got mine for the first time July 1st and i was just wanted a heads up for when the next time i'll get it

well it could be even a YEAR! between the first 2 years it will be irregular...or not...but if its regular look where you stopped your last period and count 28 days and it will be around there...i was lucky and mine is regular and has been from the very start! so maybe you will too!

well when you open the editing thing there is a more adnaced editor that you need to click on then you will have to have uploaded your graphic to photobucket or something and then theres an icon thats a picture on the editor thing and you click that and paste the URL there! or the code is [IMG src=URLHERE"] and instead of the [] use carrots ...also you need to make sure it is showing the HTML so there is an icon that is and click that then past the code...thats IF you are doing it manually! hope i helped! if you need more help feel free to IM me on AIM @ P0LKAxDoTxR0CK

ok so im 5'5 and weigh 170 i have alot of muscle so i dont look like it' but i would still like to lose 20-30 lbs. and i dont know how. i want to lose it as fast as possible but i dont wanna do anything that isnt healthy. thnx

well muscle weighs more then fat so you are going to have to lose the muscle...just cut back on soda and drink water, not so many carbs and stuff like that!

I really am uncomfortable about my weight. I'm only about 106 pounds but im really short. All i can think about is what i'm eating and what i look good in. I don't think im anorexic, but i just want to stop over obsessing about eating but i don't know what to do. I just want to stop.

i am going to a new school next year, and although i know four other friends going, they arent my close friends and my best friends are staying at my old school. im going to be a freshman and im really scared. although i have been to four different schools, ive never been to a big public school before. the largest ive ever been to had 87 students. im worried i wont make friends and im hoping you will help me find a way to meet people.

my dad wont let me get a cell phone because he think i will talk non stop and waste minutes. How do i convince him i wont do that and keep my tlaking time to a minimum? i rate high!

tell him to get a plan thats free nights and weekends or somethin...and tell him you will only talk majority of the time during that time.
