my brother is 12 and im 15 and the other day i caught him masturbating he got really embarrassed i left him alone for awhile and i didnt say anything about it but now hes really shy around me im not sure if i should say anything or not to him or just leave it go?

Just tell him you understand that it is what a normal teen in puberty does and you are sorry to have embarrassed him. But don't make too big a deal of it, or he'll bee even more embarrassed.

what are growing pains? what do they feel like?

They're sort of like pains you feel as you're bones and muscles start to grow. They're rather sharp pains that dull and are extremely annoying to rid yourself of. They come normally between the joints and at night (or that's just me >.>).

Ok something so emabbarrassing happened and i can't get it out of my head it's so embarrassing. I try to empty my head and think of different things but it keeps popping into my head like a bad image and keep dreaming of it.

does anyone got any ideas?

Do something that makes you happy. Don't try to think of it, or don't try to forget it. Don't try to think of anything else. Go out to somewhere you know you'll have fun, and eventually you won't think of it. It will come back after, but it probably won't be too bad. :]

if you lay out in the sun are you burning fat because you're sweating?

Um, not really. The sweat just makes you lose waterweight, and you should really get that back before you lose too much and dehydrate. Only burning carbs and succh will break fat down, meaning exercise and such. For some reason people think sweat makes you lose fat, fat and weight are a difference though.

Thats a little odd, but what I suggest is drinking a lot of water. Maybe you lake that to make them moist? But keep putting on chapstick too, maybe the combination of H2O and Carmex will work.

I know of lasers, shaving, bleaching, plucking, waxing, depilatory creams...

but what about using (thin) scissors to actually cut off the hair? Would that work? Or would it grow back quicker?

If you're looking for expensive but permanant, then try lazer or electo (look up online the nearest place to get it done and how expensive). Wax is in the middle really, but it hurts. I think threading is along with that...
DON'T SHAVE IT! It will grow back darker and thicker and faster. NOT GOOD.
What I do is use bleach. Its the cheapest and though it doesn't get rid of the hair it lasts long and makes it unnoticable. You can pick bleach for lip hair up at a drugstore. It's very helpful.

Well... they could be happy. Or they could have heat "inside". Sexual drive normally does that, it's like why guys get erections. Except dogs are instinctive creatures, and they find nothing wrong so they don't feel the need to control it. If a dog is spayed (or neutered, I forgot what was for girl and what was for boy) then it shouldn't happen =]

Yes, as those below me say, he is not transexual. He is a male, and is not like Micheal Jackson. Some guys like to dress feminine. Look at the "emo" boys. And yeah, he has a wife, who doesn't seem like she'd marry a transexual so it's a pretty safe bet.

I've been watching porn on TV for the past couple of nights. Not the whole thing but just segments. Im 16/f by the way. I've never had sex, or even kissed. Im feeling pretty ashamed by it. Does anyone else watch it? Is it a common thing for teens?

I never had (then again I'm afraid to) but I have heard it's very normal. Don't be ashamed, people are curious, especially teens. Especially since you've never had sex before.
Many many teens do it. And its good you don't watch the whole thing. Some people have actually gotten addicted to porn (you know creepy old men? yeah...).
But don't worry about that. It's completely natural for a teen. Just make sure you don't start to get obsessed with it. Then something is wrong.

I've recently started to learn playing the guitar. I know the basic chords but that's pretty much it. I know nothing about the frets or tuning the guitar or anything. I also don't have my own guitar, i use my cousins who i only see once a week. I'm still determined to learn though. Any tips?

The best thing to do is to save up your money to buy a guitar. Look on the internet for online guitar teachers, or even buy some teaching books (though you have to make sure you don't over spend, you want to buy that guitar).
While you're waiting, you can still learn with the internet and your coulsin's guitar once a week. Read and practice "air" guitar (moving your fingers over where the strings would be on a guitar) to practice and get muscle memory down.
If you're determined enough, you should be able to raise money for your guitar. I don't know how old you are, but a part-time job or (if you're younger) neighborhood chores may earn you money for a guitar.

Some people say you can't only lose fat in one spot so crunches won't make your stomach flatter. Others say that they know people that lost 20 pounds from doing a lot of crunches. I don't get it. Do crunches make your stomach flatter or not?

It doesn't exactly make you flatter, but it can allow you to lose weight which may allow for your extra baggage in the tummy may even out later on.

Go try talking to him! If he is looking at you he must find you attractive. And if he doesn't like you like that, you can still strike up a good friendship with a very nice boy. Make the first move. Go over and say, "Hey I like your..." or make up any excuse to talk to him. :] go for it!

I'm taking up belly dancing for my PE class and I have no idea as to what to wear. Of course, we wouln't be wearing those really flashy and not to mention, see-through costumes every meeting, so what's a typical outfit for this class? Can I just wear jogging pants and a tank top? Some nice, breathable but not baggy shorts would be good. Maybe bike shorts or such. A tank top would be good too. Try a nice cami under it too, they're very comfortable yet movable.

why are some guys are players? and do you think nice guys arent that attractive because they are"nice"?

Some guys like to see how many girls they can get. It's like a game for them (hence PLAYER) to see how many girls they can get to fall for them. They like the challenges of having many girlfriends. And like a chase. You know when you play the same game seven times and know everything, it gets boring. That's what girls are to a player, a game. And once a girl gets boring, he'll drop her and go to the next fun "game". Guys are players because they like this real life game, its simply fun for them. They don't realize they're hurting a girl.

Nice guys aren't unattractive just because they're nice, but to some girls they may be. For most girls, they like spats and scathing remarks, they'd rather have a jerk. Both are bad, the "nice guy" and the "jerk". Nice guys may let you walk all over them, which isn't good. A relationship should be both helping each other. Jerks can be too jerky and may come out verbally abusive.

The best guy in my taste is a funny, nice, yet still witty guy. Certainly not a guy who'd drop you when you get bored.

My whole life I've been told and thought I'm stupid. Because I'm not school-book smart. I don't get good grades in the "smart subjects" like science, math and so on. I am so sick of believing this. I'm a different type of smart. I know I can make something of myself.

I am especially good at 3 things; public speaking & reaching out to people, languages (I know 4 different languages and intend on learning several more) and I sympathize, more than anything. People always turn to me because of that, I long to help. More than anything.

I've researched at least a hundred different professions in my attempt to find a major that will equip me with the right tools to help save the innocent from the corrupt and ultimatley change the world. I need a profession that will make me come alive. I have a picture of myself speaking infront of thousands of people, touching their hearts, or working at a homless shelter, somehow helping those who have been used, or anything of that kind. But in BIG levels, it wouldn't mean anything to me as a doctor or anything like that. It's not the kind of thing that would make me come alive, it wouldn't matter to me. I don't want to help one person at a time, I want to help thousands.. at once. I want to do something that would end homelessness and stimulate world peace!

I am compassionate and am able to provide stability in people's lives when they are shaken up. I am 16 years old, female, and more than anything.. I want to do something with my life.

No one believes in me, because I am not suited for the typical "good jobs" I will never have the grades to become a Lawyer, Doctor, Journalist or any of the sort.

Help me, what can I become? And how do I get there?

Though you are not book smart, I don't know why anyone should call you stupid. I personally am booksmart and I call people stupid, but only if they don't seem to try at all in things. You are trying to save the world, this is good. Modern day Martin Luther King for the homeless and weak.

While you probably could not be a Lawyer or Doctor, a journalist isn't out of the question. You could write free articles, since you are persuasive and reach out you can write about the pain people are suffering. Spell check and editors can help you with grammar.

Or you can become a part of a foundation. Like AIDS help like I wish to be, PETA (though they scare me) and others. You could go from country to counrty speaking out against homelessness and corruption.

Social worker is also good. You could help people when needy people come in. And while you believe doctor is out, they certainly don't connect with patients as well as nurses. Ever watched the movie Patch Adams? I think you should.

There are many different jobs that can go with your strengths. I'm sure you can find one. Everyone can make a difference.

99 pounds isn't a lot, even for four feet. I'd like to advise you not to lose weight, that would be unhealthy and still might not rid you of that 'muffin top'. Do crunchies and other abdominal exercises and cut candies and snacks. Eat healthy, to keep that weight but lose the muffin with those abdominals.

Ok so I was at the mall with my family because my mom had this idea that we should have a family day. Faire? The verb to do or to make. Conjugated as so:
