helloxdear13 answered Friday August 10 2007, 9:45 pm: Um, not really. The sweat just makes you lose waterweight, and you should really get that back before you lose too much and dehydrate. Only burning carbs and succh will break fat down, meaning exercise and such. For some reason people think sweat makes you lose fat, fat and weight are a difference though.
