Well when i get embaressed (which is like once everyday) and i cant stop thinking about it i try to keep my mind busy. do some activites hang out with your friends, watch tv, and sooner or later you probably are going to reflect on what happened but you just can think it could be worse, and you could look up stories of embaressing momments talk to your friends, and then hopefully you will feel better knowing whatever that was embaressing isnt that bad as it could have been. your not alone, trust me.:]
hope i helped

This happens to me a lot.

I don't know how to get it out--it will leave your head in time--but I do have a bit of advice.

Don't think about just before you go to bed.

Then, there's less of a chance that you'll dream about it.

Do something that makes you happy. Don't try to think of it, or don't try to forget it. Don't try to think of anything else. Go out to somewhere you know you'll have fun, and eventually you won't think of it. It will come back after, but it probably won't be too bad. :]
It's hard but good luck.
