i have a mini dachshund he is 2 yrs old,he was born with what appeared to be a scratch on his eyeball,as he grew so did the scratch,it now take up half his eye and it has a foggy color to it,and what we believed that was a scratch looks as if it was actually hair,there are a few pieces of hair growing ,it is embedded inti his eye.is this possible?

My question is this, how do I tell my friend that he is a moron? And how can I make him stop asking stupid questions? And how can I get him to stop using things like "u" for you, or "r" for are?
