I really really like this guy I'll call Mark, but he's going out with a different girl who I'll call Ruth. Ruth was at her cottage, and she called her best friend, and Mark was at her best friend's house! This is not the first time Mark did this, he cheated on a previous girlfriend with Ruth. The only problem is, how do I tell Ruth? She doesn't know, because her best friend lied and said it was her little brother. (link)

There's no easy way to tell someone something like that. Nobody really wants to hear that and she might not believe you, but you just have to tell her straight up. If she knows that "Mark" has a history of cheating, that might make it easier for her to believe.. but just tell her and then she can confront him and then they can work it out themselves.

Just be bold and go up and introduce to yourself to everyone. I know that's hard if you're shy, but try it.. most of em will be pretty friendly, and you might end up being really close with them. If you introduce yourself to everybody, that means you won't have the same little "group" and you'll know tons of of other people. When you're in your classes just talk to the people sitting around you, because chances are, they're just as nervous as you.

I really wanna have a girlfriend but I seem really unable to find someone who isn't married, taken, uninterested, or lives 1000 miles away. I don't have any problem introducing myself to women...it's just that I have a problem keeping a conversation after "hello" I keep looking for love in all the wrong places it seems, I don't really know what to do. You know, one topic that could keep a conversation going for hours is music. There's so many different views and opinions that you could seriously talk about it all day. So if all else fails, talk about that. Also, it's usually harder to meet people during the summer. When you're in school you just can't help but meet new people. And if you're actually looking for love.. you probably won't find it. Just stop looking and just go out and have a good time and if you meet someone you like, hey there you go, but if you don't.. that's okay too. If you're actually looking.. you're most likely to see all the flaws about someone, and reasons why things couldn't work, and that's probably why you haven't found someone yet. Your girl could be right in front of your eyes and you haven't even noticed. I hope this all made sense..=oP

Well you need to have answered 10 questions before you can be found in the "Browse Columnist" sections and stuff. And.. Where it says "Give Advice", go there and answer people's questions that they ask to everybody. If you give good advice they may go back to your column to ask you something else. A lot of people have these things now so there's way more columnists to choose from.. just hold your horses. =oP

I've developed a problem and I don't really know how to deal with it. I've met a girl that I really like on the internet...but I'm just not really sure if it is love or lust. She just manages to turn me on, she makes me feel like she wants me and that makes me want her. It's possible that an Internet relationship could work.. so, find out if she feels the same way. You could try talking on the phone or something, and see if you still feel the way you do.

If you want to get over him you need to take your mind off of him to start.. Just go out on casual dates with other guys, or just hang out with your friends and have a good time. It might take a while but if all you do is sit around thinking about him, you'll never get over him.

me and my friend are together in a babysitting job and we love children so much and we just already let out flyers one,last year and once just recently the next year..on the 1st year flyer given out..no1 responded..the 2nd year one responded..liked our job..gave us $20 each for 1 1/2 hours...i know.. alot..o well..lol..back to the subject..ever since that day..no1 has responded..what should we do? send out more flyers or keep waiting or quit caring..what should we do??

Hand out more.. try handing them out in different places. And maybe you aren't getting any jobs because you guys are a team. If you babysat separately, people might be more willing to hire you.

It's not bad. Most of the stuff you get turns you orange, though. But my friend told me this.."If it's in an orange bottle, THAT'S the colour it'll end up!" Just don't put a lot on when you first do it. Start with just a little bit, don't load it on.
And if you're not into looking orange.. get something like Hawaiian Tropic tanning oil and go outside and tan. Looks more natural.

Okay. Get this. There's this one girl who I know, who've I've had something for for awhile now. She's a great chick and all, and we've been pretty close friends for awhile. I've gone out with her a couple of times, and one of the problems is that it's a long-distance sort of relationship, which makes things a bit rocky.
Keeping up so far? Okay. I still have the hots for this chick, what do you think I should do in an attempt to try to win her back and/or do you just think the whole long distance part tends to make things too rocky, and just keep our freindship going, since it's been doing alright since lately, and I don't want to ruin it?

What did you used to do to "win"..this girl.. Obviously some pretty awesome things if she's stuck by ya for so long..So she must definitely feel the same way..
And you should keep in mind that it's summer.. which means there's millions of things going on, which makes this sort of thing hard..
If you want to win her back.. Go for it. 10 bucks says it'll happen.. Just try to avoid things that could result in little tiffs..
But with whatever happens, don't let the friendship die..
