Q: I need a girl to answer this: ok my parents won't let me get rid of my peach fuzz because it'll grow back really fast (my hair tends to grow back really fast when i shave my legs). But it's really starting to be noticeable at school which disturbs me so I'm going to get rid of it myself but should I wax or shave and why?

WAX!!!! WAX!! Waxing takes longer to grow back...and when it grows back it tends to be less visible. Shaving makes it grow back..and thicker and more! SO WAX WAX WAX!

Q: Ok so for Christmas I got a new Vivitar Video Camera. And I was all, "YAY IT'S GOING TO WORK GREAT!" you know. But I had it on for like an hour and a half fiddling with it. And I had just put new batteries in and it had already died. o_0 I'm like, "...This better not be....what??" So I put new batteries in and sure enough, an hour and a half later it was dead. I do not have enough batteries to do this every hour and a half and I use it a lot. So one day I was uploading pictures onto the computer and the battery signal went up one bar. So my face lit up thinking it was a charger.

So the thing is, it doesn't work very well if it IS a charger. Because I went to bed last night with it still hooked up to the computer and when I got up this morning and looked at it, it had one bar..and then it went to no bars. It seems to charge more when I have it on while hooked up to the comp. But it doesn't last long. Right now it's dead.

So, my question to you is, how do I make it charge?? It didn't come with a charger or anything. Just with a hookup thing to the computer and the TV. The instructions don't say anything about charging it...so would you guys possibly know? Thanks a ton.

Well..maybe it doesn't charge?....buy a pack of recharge-able batteries and use them for the while until u get time to go to walmart or call them and ask them if it does charge

It might be apendix...since apendix is on the right side. YOU SHOULD GO FAST TO A DOCTOR!

Apendix had toxic fluids....so u don't want it to errupt! GO TO A DOCTOR ASAP!!!

Q: I just got an iPod this morning for Christmas, and I can't use it because all I have on my computer is Windows 98, and it requires Windows 2000 or XP. Does anyone know where I can download one of these for free?

Welll...u shuld probably get someone who has a new xp or 2000 computer and has the cd. The cd works 3 times.

U can't get it free....but maybe u can ask a comp person to do it although they might charge u for it. So...ur best bet is gettin a friend who has the cd!

Q: i got an ipod nano for christmas

but i dont know how to transfer the music on my itunes to my ipod.

and i also heard that you can put music from myspace onto your itunes account, but i dont know how.

ok...i know how you feel. i got one for x-mas too (early though) and i stayed up from 6:00pm till after midnight friday trying to figure it out.

well...first thing you download itunes. (www.apple.com/ipod/start) either that website or the cd you get, although mine didn\'t hve a cd.
you must have gotten a cord that will allow you to charge and put music onto the ipod. when you have itunes you will connect the cord to the ipod and comp usb and itunes will automatically open.

this is how i got my songs on my ipod:
1. go to file and click on new playlist.
2. music would be imported into the itunes already..so you go to music on the side and click on it.
3. all ur songs on your comp will come up and you can either click and drag the songs you want into the playlist you made above orrr right click on the song and go to \"add in playlist\" and then select your playlist you made above.
4. then go to the ipod name under the devices section on the side and then the ipod will show with some details. go to music and there will be something where you can select if you want to add all the playlists or selected ones.
5. you can then pick the selected playlist option and then choose the playlist you want on ur ipod. then click apply..and all your songs go on from the itunes to the ipod.

for later use:
after the first use you will obiously want to add more songs.
either:
you can do steps 1-3 in the above. then after you finished the first 3 steps go to the file section on the top of the page and go right down to \"sync ipod\". (it\'s around the last few).
or:
you can create a new playlist (as listed above) and add your new songs. then do steps 4-5!

Q: i bought my boyfriend an ipod nano for christmas and it doesnt have the installation CD or anything like my mini does.. i was going to help him set it up but how do i do it? just plug the ipod in to the comp. after he downloads itunes and it`ll automatically start or what ??

Same thing happeneed to me...but my cousin bought it for me and he's from away...so I was really puzzled.

I got a manual with mine...and it says if you go to "www.apple.com/ipod/start". It takes a while, I have dial-up and it took about 4-5 hours...but dsl and broadband and stuff would take less time. Oh and the best part about it is that you can cancel the download and then start back a next day and it continues from where it cancelled.

Then...well you should know the rest.

Q: weird question..whats too high to wear your pants, like anywhere past your bellybutton?

no i don't wear them that high =P

Well actually it was a crime to wear anything near the belly button..but since the retro 70's 80's look is back...there isn't a problem. I've seen those couture models wearing skirts and pants high up the their sink (waist) and it loooks awesome!!!! However I don't think you should wear jeans higher than your belly button....dress pants (the cloth ones) look alright high, as I said for the retro style!

Q: My boyfriend wants a gift.

Those dog tag things. I'm sure it's pretty cheap and really masculine looking!

Q: Ok so my aunt is bringing me a Kodak C330 woth the printer dock. I've never had a digi cam...n from the internet reviews there are some pretty harsh and some okay ones as well as fantastic...does anyone who's got this cam...or knows someone who has it have anything to say about it. I mean is it good for normal pictures? I know the LCD screen is small but is it good? Is the camera a 1,2,3,4 or 5? Can anyone who has it please tell me?????

This Cam is pretty good...esp for the price. I would recommend it for someone who likes to take pictures, maybe not professionally. The printer dock is pretty cool too since you can print stuff at home. The quality of the photos are pretty good...it's like a 3 or 4 (depending on how still you hold the picture and what mode you put it on.

I think the cam's a 4 and so is the printer dock. The rechargable batteries are good too...since the dock recharges it and NORMAL batteries FINISH RELLLY FAST!

Q: I stumbled across this site by accident. I seriously doubt many of you have the qualifications to give real people proper advice. After reading some of your responses to people's inquiries i was quite astonished as to how teenagers find they are able to give quality advice and information to real people in need with such little life experience. If you ask me you are not in a place to give your "personal opinion" when people truly believe you are giving them the right answer simply because you claim "people think i give really good advice". (eg. i am still at a loss as to how a 17 year old girl thinks she can give advice to someone regarding conceiving a child) I know you try to come across as a "godsend" to poeple who are in some sort of personal crisis and need a fast easy answer but the truth is, in the cases where it really counts, there rarely is one; at least not from you.

We never said we were perfect or give perfect answers...or they should follow those answers. The person asks for different points of views and opinions and who are we to judge....we just help them.

If you are a hater...leave us alone!

Q: Can someone please tell me how to set up my lab books for
1 physics
2 biology
3 chemistry

as they will be turned in for SBA's for my CXC score. I know how to set up the physics and the chem. But the bio teacher never told us what to do, and he never tells us, even when we ask. So all my labs look like s***, have no order, and don't even write good discussions or anything. If there is a website, that would be a lot of help too. I am from Belize.

Well...the steps for the bio labs are as follows:

drawing of aparatus (optional)
aparatus///materials
procedure
results
discussion
conclusion
sources of error

In that order. You got to number the pages in the lab...and you must have a date. For the discussion you can say a little about the particular topic and discuss the results. Drawings MUST be reall clear and erase ALL un-needed and untidy lines.

I WOULD HELP WITH CHEM AND PHYS...BUT WE KINDA DIDN'T DO IT IN DETAIL..BUT I THINK IT'S BASICALLY THE SAME. EXCEPT IN PHYS, I DON'T THINK YOU NEED A DISCUSSION. ANYWAY ANYMORE HELP U NEED JUS LEAVE A QUESTION!

Q: ok i've been working at my job for 2 months.

all the girls (four of them) and my boss are extremely nice.

we are going to go out to dinner around christmas time, and we're calling it a xmas party.

so am i supposed to get them something? i dont know them that well because i'm new and we see each other around two times a month.

so if i am supposed to get them something, what would be appropriate?

Well...i think you're supposed to. Maybe you can get them like cute mugs (cups) with little teddies in them. Also...you can probably get a cut little bag or something and put candies in them with a little token. A token like a body creams and shampoos (mini ones) and stuff llike that

Q: 15/f Okay. So my little sister is turning 13 on early January--and we're not sure of how to celebrate her birthday yet. And she really wants it to be special. A party would be good, but she dosen't want it in McDonald's or something, that would be too kiddy. Malling could be an option too, but sometimes her friends aren't allowed to go out. And a masquerade would be WAY too expensive. So she dosen't want something childish, but something fun and cool for her birthday. Do you guys have any suggestions for her 13th birthday celebration? Your best bet would be a sleepover with a night filled of activities! Like movies,some fun games, popcorn...stuff like that!

If not that...you could have a themed party...like a teenagers bash. With drinks and food and games. Truth and dare, etc!

Q: I'm 26 yr old male and my brother passed away a few years ago, leaving his son who is now 12. I'm am still very close to my nephew. I talk to him on the phone alot, email with him, etc. His mom is a terrible mom, who happens to have 2 other kids from 2 other men and wastes the social security money from my brother on cigarettes, alcohol, and frivilous items. She pays no attention to the boy and he stays with his grandma most nights because she doesnt wake him up in time for him to go go school. I'm afraid my nephew might soon turn to drugs, alcohol, etc. I've also noticed quite a lack of self esteem. I know that he has had 'girlfriends' but have yet to see them or meet them. His friends seem to be good, but I believe Im too old to be able to judge 12-13 year olds. He needs a man in his life and everytime Im in the area he always stays with me (I live 2 hours away). I plan to move back into the area soon and feel that he may want to live with me. Heres the questions:
1. How can I help to make sure he stays on the right path until I get there? I've already had the sex, drinking, pot, and cigarette talks with him.
2. How could I approach to his mother the possibility of him living with me, which I want to happen for his sake.
3. If he were to move in with me, would it be wrong to ask for the social security that HE should be getting for my brother's death so I can start a fund for him for college, car, etc.?

I understand ur case...from the other side around (from ur nephew's side).
1. You should get a person in his neighbour hood to keep an eye on him. Not spy...just keep an eye and you can call that person once a week to check up on him.
2. Since you say she's a horrid mother (like mine) you can file for custody of the child. That way you can get the social security for him.
...If not custody you can always get the mom to sign temporary custody for you to get him..so she'll still be his mom but you'll be the care giver!

Q: ok well when i was little like 10 i shaved my arms. and i'm 16/female now. and now the hair on my arms is dark. it botherd me some and i wish i'd never did it.now it does bother me.and now other people notice too. its not the fact that i care what other people think but i just dont think i can do anything about it. is their anyway not to make my dark colored anymore? thanks alot.

There are like bleaches. It dyes the hair to like a bleached color...like blonde so it does stand out that much...if you have dark skin however...u could go to a beauty salon and ask what they do to get the color to a lighter shade. There must be a solution!
