Is it true that a person can become skinnier but still weigh as much as they did when they where fat? Like that whole "muscle weighs more than fat", is that true? So, could I be skinny but still weigh a lot on the scale? Please explain that concept to me. Thanks!

yeah, muscle weighs more than fat. So if you're skinny and you have a good amount of muscle you could weigh more than someone not as skinny as you who has more fat.

if your old computer burns CDs, go into iTunes then click edit then preferences, then advanced, then burning options. Click "data cd or dvd". Then click apply and ok. Then just drag your whole library into a playlist, and burn a cd. It might take 2 but it'll be a data cd so you can fit hundreds of songs on each cd. It won't play in a reg. cd player, but it'll go onto your new computer.

Well it all depends on what you want I guess. If you just want a computer (maybe even a laptop) that will let you go on the internet, and do basic programs go to Office Depot. They have great deals for OK computers there. If you want something for gaming or really high end programs like photoshop, go for a Dell XPS, or if you can go to Fry's electronics. That would be the best deal. If you want an all around great computer thats really good but can't do a lot of games, go for an iMac from apple. It has a built in webcam, speakers, built in widescreen monitor, and its great all around. As for price, the Office Depot one could cost between 200 and 700 dollars. The dell XPS one could cost between 800 and 5000 dollars. The fry's one would cost between 1000 and 2000 dollars. The apple one would be 1000 to 2000 as well.

Hi, i'm gonna start off saying that i'm 14 and i'm going into grade 9, i'm not that populare in my school but i'm conseterd a normal. well anyways, i have a whole bunch of mental disbiletys(spelt wrong but w/e) i have a serous Depreshion, Buy-Polar (it's a mood swing thing), Anger Problems, ADD, and some other one were i blank out lots. well i dont take any perscripton druggs for these things.. and i feel so horable everyday.. i was an abused child.. so i'm not that smart cause my head was always bashed into things. and well i cant always deal with this.. i've tryed suicide lots.. but it hasent worrked.. i was to die but yet i want to live.. i see a terapist but he isent helping.. do you guys have and ideas of something i could do to get my mind off my disorders.. or some movie about how to deal. any little thing can help... Although you have a hard life, it's still worth living. Trust me, although you feel horrible now one day you if you continue with the therapy you will feel a lot better, and you'll look back on this time and be extremely glad you didn't kill yourself. It may seem like there's no other solution now, but later on it will get better so just focus on the positives in your life and know things will get better.

hey, i did the itunes thing, and it worked until i tried to play all the songs, then in which it said for every song that the original file could not be found. so the songs show up on itunes, but are not being able to play. do you know what else could fix that? thanks for all the help!
Well what you've just told me confirms you did it right, actually haha. Okay, what you want to do is find the file that you dragged all your music into. Then open the folder. Then with that folder open, also open "my computer" and find My music>iTunes>iTunes Music. Then open iTunes and highlight your whole library, and delete it. The songs will all disappear, but don't worry you didn't delete them. Then go back to the original file you had with your music imported from the iPod, highlight all those files and drag them into the iTunes music window. Then in iTunes click file, add folder to library, then go into
My music>iTunes>iTunes Music and select the iTunes music file. Then click ok. WHEW!
You no longer need that empty folder on your desktop, everything should just be in your library and iTunes will work the normal way from now on.
ok i just got a digital camera and i uploaded some pictures to my computer. I am trying to put some of them on my myspace, but the file size is too big. They say to download a program called "irfanview" to resize the pictures. Im a little doubtful about downloading it because i dont know if it will work and if it will hurt my computer. so my question is, does irfanview work, is it safe, and if not is there another program [BESIDES PAINT] that i can use to resize my images so they will fit on myspace.

It's a freeware photoshop type program that can edit photos as well as do what paint does. It should work on Macs, although I'm not sure it does. If not appleworks is a good solution but it costs money

my Male Cousin recently got marriedlike 4 months ago. And his wife is pregnant. Well not even a week ago her grandfather & grandmother & two half brothers came over from oklahoma to florida. yea perfect right. not. while there her grandfather was driving around with my male cousin and said his driving was horrible. Saturday Morning the grandfather insisted on leaving but my male cousin didnt want him to drive with the grandmother and the 2 kids while his drving was bad. But the grandfather insisted and left. not even 30 min onto the highway he got in a serious car accident. He drove right into one of those huge trucks & flipped the van a few times. It was horrible. the grandmother and the younger of the two kids passed right away. The older kid and the grandfather were on life support. They finally got released out of the hospital a few days ago. Now my cousin && his wife are going to oklahoma for the funeral.
Next part.
His wifes mother & stepdad live with her grandparents. The youngerof the kids was the stepdads only kids with her and she can't have anymore. No one wants anything to do with the grandfather at all.
Now my mom wants advice and i have no idea what to say to her. The grand father has really no reason to be hated in my view. He lost his family also.

THAT GRANDFATHER HAS EVERY REASON TO BE HATED!
I mean, although he lost family, he's responsible. Whether or not you want to accept it he's feeling badly too, but if he wasn't supposed to leave with the kids and grandmother he shouldn't have. The fact that he was allowed to shocks me, but what's done is done. It IS his fault, and although you don't have to hold a grudge realize he is responsible.
