ok so i moved 20 minutes from my old house. and i moved away from my best friend. we always want to have sleep overs but my dad duzn't like driving 20 minutes over there. cause of the gas or something like that...what can i say to let to let me go over there?

Meet at the mall, then she can put her stuff in your car. Then after, your dad can pick both of you up. Can her parents drive? Or, maybe they could meet halfway if it's that big of a deal. Maybe try asking your dad, or mom, like a week or so in advance, so you're not asking him after a long day of work.

Wet Seal has cute and cheap jewelry. Or, if you a a Dots in your area. Claire's is okay when you get thing on sale, and the items aren't that great of quality. Body Central has a lot. Everything is about $6 there.
I have been in volleyball for like 4 years and now that i am going into highschool i was wondering what i can do to improve my "skills". Like work-outs or practices? My new coach is a B***h and she wont help anyone unless its during our normal summer practices.
You deffinately should work-out before conditioning. I did absolutely nothing all summer last year, and tried out for freshmen volleyball at the end of summer. It was terrible. I was so out of shape and I was sore for a few days. The first day we did the indian run for ten minutes on the track. We had to pass this like 10 pound volleyball while running [the indian run is running in a line, the last person sprints up to the front of the line, and repeat]. As if that wasn't enough, then we had to run up and down the bleachers 9 times. We did 3, then took a 30 second break, then did it twice more. Then, we did drills. So, just be prepared.
Drills. Go somewhere in your house, probably the basement, or the gym if you can, and just hit the ball at the wall, like you're spiking. Also, go by the wall and jump, like you're blocking. Reach as high as you can with your fingertips. If you have a volleyball net, invite some friends over and play. Have your friends or parents toss you the ball, then spike it. When you're at practice [before or after] have a friend toss the ball short, so you have to dive for it.
If you go to practice early or stay late, it'll show your coach you're really putting forth the effort. The coach should help you, because that's what coaches are for, but she doesn't, and that's fine. Just have a friend stay after with you. If you need more ideas, just let me know. Good luck! :)

I'm pretty sure it's not. My brother's friend just had his, and he had three different outfits, and they took about eighty pictures. He had a suit, jeans and a button up shirt, and I forget the other, it might have been khakis. Of course, it'll be different if you're a girl. Maybe a dressy outfit, a more dressed down one-but still nice, and something in between. I'm not exactly sure. Try asking your friends what they wore/are going to wear.

I don't think it's bad. You're just looking out the kitchen window, it's not like you're harming anyone or yourself. One time, my cousin was sleeping at his friends' house across the street, and he slept walked home. Everyone woke up the next morning, freaking out because they didn't know where he was. My aunt did that once too, she started walking up the street, and someone brought her home. If you do anything like this, then maybe you should be a bit concerned.
Sometimes it's hereditary. It could also be due to stress, sleep deprivation, illnesses, chaotic sleeping schedule, or alcohol intoxication.

my dad abuses me. mentally and emotionally, sometimes even beats me. i have asked this question before. i have gone to all the hotlines on the internet, but i am scared to tell anyone.
if it helps, my dad was beat and touched by his parents. it has been going on for....4 years maybe. well hes done it all my life, but not this bad. he makes fun of me all the time, so does my stepmom. i live with my dad, but im going to try to go to court to live with my mom. please help me.
You really need to tell someone. I know you don't want to, but it's either that or continue getting abused. Go to an aunt, friend, your mom ; someone you trust; for a few days. Then, explain to them what's going on. They'll understand and call the police or social services. I know you love your dad, but no one should go through abuse. You never know if something little will tick him off, and he'll go off, and something really bad might happen. I've known three people who have died through abusive relationships. One of them, he was an alcoholic, and one thing just pissed him off, and he killed her. I'm not trying to scare you or anything, but you really need to get out of the house for a few days. I know you don't want to, but that's what's best for you. Good luck with the court hearing. I hope everything turns out okay. Sorry about your situation.
this is going to sound really wierd, but do you know hannah montana's hair? she has like very loose curls and such and i was wondering if anyone knows how i can get them. i have REALLY thick hair and its guess you could say medium length. i have used hot rollers but they never seem to stick. thanks
Get a curling iron like this:

Make tight curls. Then, brush it out with your fingers. Don't use a brush. Add a little hair spray, and you're done.
You could also use a curling iron that's an inch or two thick. But I like the first one better.
Be prepared to sit there for over an hour to do your hair. I have really think hair too, and it's kind of long, and it takes me a good hour and a half to curl it. Just watch TV while you do it and time will go by much faster. Good luck! :)

OK, so Im working with kids about ages 7 to 10, although there is 1 6yr old and one who's 4. I've so run out of stuff to do with them! I need some game Ideas. They love Simon says, any kind of tag, froggy murderer, lots of different stuff. Plus, how do I get them to focus while theyre hyper?! PLZ HELPPP!
Are you allowed to have them play with water? You could do water balloon tosses/fights. Or you could just blow up a ton of ballons and let them play. A sprinkler. A slip-n-slide [it's only about $20].A scavenger hunt. Musical chairs. Telephone. Red rover. A game of baseball/football/soccer/volleyball etc. My mom watches my three cousins- 2, 5, and 10 during the week and the 5 and 10 year old are occupied for HOURS on the computer [i.e. disneychannel.com, nick.com, cartoonnetwork.com, clubpenguin.com, webkinz, etc.].
As for getting them focused when they're hyper, I'm still trying to figure that one out, haha. Maybe try bribing them? That usually works.

I have a very strange question to ask..but please bear with me.
Let's say a guy has a girlfriend that's really ugly. And I know I'm prettier than her. When he shares her pictures and puts her pictures up and is so proud of them...does he realize that she's ugly? or is he so glad that he has a girlfriend that he doesn't care WHAT she looks like, as long as she "belongs" to him. And in this case, he thinks she's the most beautiful girl in the world?
Because it's getting annoying. This guy makes fun of my pictures, when I know I'm SO much prettier. But when he puts up her ugly pictures, he praises them. What am I supposed to say? It annoys me that he makes fun of me, when his girlfriend is disgustingly ugly.

Who are you to judge him? If he thinks she's pretty, that's his business. He might think she has a better personality and she's prettier than you. And yeah, that is really shallow. You shouldn't judge people based on their looks. You sound really conceited. Maybe that's why he makes fun of the way you look, because you "know" you're so pretty. I'm just being honest.
