are there any foods or drinks that are not fattening and will not make you gain weight that quickly fill you up and make you feel full? i have a major problem with binging and throwing up and im trying to quit. please help (dont tell me to get help. ok thank you) (link)

go on a diet from like one of those commercails you see on t.v. theres adds like all over the place.
if you really are like i guess wanting to be skinny or w.e. i'll tell you like a trick i do. so um if you want to look like the "unhealthy skinny" then continue what your doing or you can be the "healthy skinny" and do what i'll tell you. i eat alot, and dont throw it up, and i stay skinny.. BECAUSE i do sit ups (hands holding onto your ears) the reason i hold my ears when i do them is because if doesnt allow you to cheat, so you have to use your stomach muscles. i did about 100 for 1-2 weeks and then 200 for like 2-3weeks and then 400..ect.
also sign up for sports and stuff.

i take spanish 1 in school, and we recently started doing paragraphs in spanish. i have a hard time figuring out which verb - ser or estar - to use. what's the difference between the two verbs and is there an easy way to remember which one to use in a sentence?

Nothing is wrong with your body. In fact, (i know this may be gross) but most girls lower areas smell like fish. I don't know that from like experience or anything (haha) but its just like a fact.

oh and trying cleaning down there more or use maybe a really good spray. if that doesn't work, maybe ask your docter about something that might stop the odor. you can prob. get something at a drug store or walmart maybe

my mom said she heard delia's (the store) was opening in another mall in new jersey. well it is in the willowbrook mall but i usually don't go there. usually i go to garden state plaza or paramus park (idk if anyone is familiar with any of these but hopefully there's someone out there that knows) i looked on the website but it only said new locations opening soon. i got a gift card for christmas because my aunt goes to the willowbrook mall but it is just a hassle to go there when instead i could go to a closer mall. well if anyone knows thanks soo much =] (link)

i need some good ideas for revenge. like stuff thats not obviouse that i did it. im already going to get a bunch of my friends from another school to send some hatemail over myspace and im thinking about creamcheese deoderant stuff.

haha sweet revenge. kay well im not ussaully one to give advice for like "getting back" or w.e. but since you already know what you want to do, i'll give you some ideas.
you could:
1. put flyers up around the school with her pic on it say lost dog, call.... (or something like that)
2. stuff her locker with like tampons or something so that is over flows and pours out when she opens it.
3. if she has boobs, then start a rumor somehow saying she stuffs. and then fill her locker with tissues.
4. put some of her stuff in the toliets
5. leave love letters in her locker from like a "popular" or "hot" guy && in the letter say like sit next to me at lunch or something like that. and then if she does she'll be completely embarrassed when she sits next or tries to talk to him when hes like ummmm...
i know those weren't really the best but w.e. and im not usually "mean" like that.

hey umm i was checking out your whole advice colum and thought your advice was actually really good &&& people have told me to talk to you about stuff that i needed help with. alright i well i have this problem with my teacher. he constantly is being rude to me and stuff. like he will treat everyone but me with respect. sometimes i think he perpously gives me a bad grade on a test or something. i dont like him.. and im pretty sure he donest like me. so i need your help.. what should i do????!!

thanks! alot of people have told me im good at advice and im proud to say that i think im pretty good to =D haha. okay well if i were you i would talk to your parents about how unfair he is and all the things that he does to treat you unfairly. your parents could possibly talk to him
or you could to. if you did.. you wouldnt want to be rude or anything just talk kindly to them about it... the last thing you want to do is start a problem with him. not only that but maybe even talking to your brother about it since he had him and ask what your teacher was like. if it really gets bad or nothing seems to be working im sure you could go to guidance or something like that.

well it really depends on the guy.
for the fat thing.. you could work out doing situps about a 100 a day. and then gradualy increase them. i kno you didnt really want any advice on the fat thing but i thought i should tell you anyways just incase.
just look in google for any websites with glasses ideas, shapes, sizes, colors, ect. there should be thousands of diffrent websites to choose from.
if you DONT want glasses.. you could always try contacts.. theres actaully a bunch of diffrent kind of contacts to choose from.. you could get the ones you put on for the day and then throw them away that night and so on. or the ones that you use for a week (and wash them and stuff) and then get new ones. OR you could get the ones that im ALWAYS bugging my parents for.. the ones that you put on at night and sleep with them, and take them out in the moring (they sculpt your eye or something so that you can see) and you can see perfectly with them for the rest of the day.. and you do that everynight. there really expensive tho and if you wanted contacts you would have to ask your parents about it and your eye docter would have to explain everything to you..
so i dont know it really is up to the guy if they are attracted to girls with glasses.. its diffrent for all of the i guess.

death is not the answer. BOTH my friends used to cut themselves and tried to commit suiside. one of them starting cutting her neck and almost died while the other had to go to a rehab clinic. suicide is not the way to solve your problems. god wants you here for a reason and you'll never get to accomplish what he wants you to do if your not alive. when my dad moved to a diffrent town as a kid, his best friend (around the age of 13)commited suicdide and died. it made everyones life alot harded and alot more depressed. if you commited suicide and suceded then think about how your family and friends would feel and how much harder it would make their lifes.

I have liked this guy for a long time and sometimes he likes me but he has a girlfriend and he is in love with her! He knows I like him but he just messes with me and I really want to get over him but I can't because I'm in so deep. The worst part is that he won't tell me that he doesn't like me...no, the worst part is that everybody is trying to get him expelled...like my friends are...the reason for that involves sexual harassment...he has been expelled for things like that and he did a few things here...nothing too big but so many people want him gone...I really don't because I know that deep down he is really a good guy...please help me...I don't know how to get over him...I want to march up to him and tell him that he has to TELL me I'm only a friend to him...it just really hurts. you need to forget about this guy. hes not good enough for you and is only going to use you for a girl on the side. if he doesnt have any intention on being with you, then he shouldnt mess with you.
and why would you even WANT to be with a guy who has been accused of sexaul harassment..its not safe. also, if his girl friend finds out that you and him like flirt or w.e. it is that you guys do, she might get pissed off at not only him but you. and lets say if you do go out with this guy, what makes you think he wouldnt do that same thing he is doing to you, to another girl.

Hey well i have been dating my boyfrind for 1 year and 2 mounths now and i have never had a proplme with him hanging out with his friends, but his friends smoke and stuff like that. i think you should tell your boyfriend that you just really want this girl to stop. i mean i dont think it was right to say me or your best friend because sometimes... people tend to pick there best friend. you should talk to him about the girls behavoir and try to avoid any more possible fights.
if you wanted to.. i mean it might not work out to good. you could call the girl and try to talk out everything but it really depends how you think she will act.

serouisly talk to them about it. and if they cant
stop doing what there doing, then thats there loss. dont keep being friends with backstabbers its just not good. so all i can say is talk to them about it nicely and if they still continue to do it then just leave them. (stay friends with the other girl who doesnt do all that stuff tho.)

well show her that your responsable. start doing good in school and taking responsability for what you do and stuff. also you could show her your ready by taking care of your current dog. take it on walks, feed it, play with it, and groom it.

one of my best friends and another girl i was friends with both were going thro a really hard time and they both began to cut.
one of them (just my friend) started cutting names into her knuckles, on her wrists, and almost killed herself when she started cutting on her neck.
alright, then one of my best friends was going thro a tough time at school and her family and stuff. she started cutting all up and down her wrists and almost killed her self as well. he parents found out and took her to a rehab were she had to stay for months because it was getting really serouis, to the point were she was cutting from the top of her arm down and where she was almost cutting her viens. eventaully she stopped and its been alot better for her. she even says that shes really happy that shes NOT cutting anymore.
i guess its wrong because your putting your self in danger. i mean your cutting and you could cut way to deep. its not good anyways because its not helping you solve your problems its just making them worse in a way. if i were you i would stop i mean both of my friends did and they felt alot better. its not a good way to deal with problems or anything like that so i suggest you listen to your friends and do stop.

you could dress like how you ussually do, because you should just be you. but if you feel like you really want to "fit in" but not make it ovouis that you tried, just wear a simple plain black t-shirt with a pair of jeans..maybe converse or something..

I usually shop at abercrombie kids for my jeans; I get a size 14 SLIM since the hips and waistline (24 inch waist, 29-30 inch hips) are a perfect fit. However, the length is just way long. I had to get them altered.
I'm ordering a pair of skinny jeans from abercrombie kids but I'm not sure if I should go on with a 14SLIM or a 12. Does anybody know the inseam for a size 12? It'd be a great help. (link)

omg i have the same problem..but its just that the pants dont fit correct in the waste but they fit perfect in length..
i would just personally keep them long and grow into them..
go for the 14 slim because you could always grow into them. and they might not even fit around the waste...so if 14 fits perfect in the waste then keep them
