Ok I'm 13/F . I will be starting a competative swim team tomorrow morning and it will last all summer. I will have practices 1 hour for 3 days a week and a swim meet (competion) every Thursday for 3 hours. My question is, can I expect to lose a few unwanted inches on my stomach, thighs and legs with all this swimming? (Im hoping maybe 2 maybe 3 in on thighs, 1 or 2 on stomach an 1 or 2 on arms) I'll rate!! :) thanx!

okay im a 14/f with braces. i get them off june 30th. and i was wondering how they take them off. bcuz i have a sensitive mouth i was wondering if i should take pain killers before and all of that stuff.

The whole process of getting your braces taken off is simple, in my opinion. When I got my braces taken off about 2 1/2 years ago, my orthodontist took out both of the wires, took some plyers (I'm not good with the names of tools) and pulled off all the brackets. Then he took out the four rings and polished my teeth to remove the remaining amount of glue. That's basically how your orthodontist will remove your braces. I've probably left out a few things, since I can't remember what exactly happened 2 1/2 years ago. After that, your orthodontist will talk to you about your retainer that you will have to wear for the next year. If you want, you can take a pain killer before but I didn't experience any pain, except when my orthodontist polished my teeth.

You will never know when your first period will end, especially the ones in the future. It can last for only 2-4 days or it can last up to 6-8 days. No one knows, not even you, well for now. When you think your period has ended, make sure you still wear a light pad or a pantyliner, just in case. Your stomach can feel bloated when you're on your period and fat does not go to your legs so that's not true.

I know you aren't talking about the colors but it has an affect on the input of your information. This has happened to me before and it was my color scheme that was causing it. If you have any codes, get rid of them and that may work. If not, then I don't know.

Did you hit Submit when you were finished putting information into your Profile Settings? If not, then do that but if you did, then your text color is probably the same color as your background color. I just checked your column and it is. You need to go to your Column Settings and change your colors to make it work. Once you do that, then go back to your Profile Settings and add the information.

It's usually under the women's or male's section for clothing. For example, Hollister's swimwear, you would either click on Dudes or Bettys and it would be in that area.
