Water is good for you when your exercising.. it doesnt make you gain weight.. it replenishes and rejuvinates your body!! drink about 8 glasses a day.. hope ive helped =)

My 15 yr old boyfriend is on vacation with his friend. Every time we talk he's always busy and says for me to call him back. He's also being a little rude to me and acting like we're not even going out. I'm trying to play off as a vacation thing.
