It is about friendships and/or relationships. Basically, you have to realize how lucky you are when you have good people in your life cause while you may be too busy looking for someone that you think is better...and next thing you know...you've lost someone who is important to you and all you are left with is those who aren't as special to you.

I am 15/f. I can almost always predict when I will be ill with a fever (before I get the fever...) because all of a sudden I can smell this certain scent that I never smell whenever I'm feeling well. It's sort of a sickly almost bodyodor-like smell and it drives me nuts! I know there is probably nothing I can do about it, but what causes this? I am very hygienic and take a shower every day. Is my nose becoming more sensitive to weird smells as I become ill? Or am I emitting some different type of odor when I'm sick? I asked my friends if I smell different (haha, I know, weird) and they said I smell like soap. Thanks! (link)

I don't really have an answer to this, but I know exactly what you mean. When I get a cold, I smell it. But I think you can smell it off other people too, I guess depending on how strong it is. My friend was really sick once, and I remember being able to smell the sick from her.

It is definitely worth it. Having a high school diploma is not enough, and college will allow you to try different things and help you find what is right for you.

ok..so i am afraid ever since i was little my mom always told me never to have a boyfriend becase they always only want sex. so i grew up(im 15 by the way) hating guys. so i really liked this guy and we went out and i was always afraid to tell him how i felt i was afraid of letting him hug me i dont know why i feel like i look stupid kissing him. or hugging him. and when i would kiss him i would always feel uncomfterable and never want to do it. i never told him how much i liked him. my mom just keeps telling me all these negative things about guys, she also told me that guys just want to have sex and that god will be mad with me if i have a boyfriend so i dont want God to be mad at me! what do i do? help please! God will not be mad at you for having a boyfriend. Your mom is just being very overprotective, which is understandable, but she shouldn't be scaring you away from guys, because then it will be hard for you to have a real relationship with a guy because you will not be able to open up or trust him. If you really your boyfriend, let him know that you have grown up believing that guys are only interested in sex, and that you should not trust them, so it is hard for you to trust guys in the first place and that you do not want to be pressured to do anything you are not ready for. If he cares for you, he will understand and help you. As for the sex thing, if you do not want it to happen, do not let it happen. People say that you should not have sex until you are married, and your mom probably believes in that, so if you are going to be with the guy, then maybe you should take that into consideration.
So don't feel guilty about having a boyfriend, a lot of girls your age have one. Be careful and do not let him pressure you to do something you are not ready for. Good Luck and work on the trust thing.

im a senior in high school i think i hav to go to a community college, i've had prenty of "d"s in 10th and 9th grade. This year i stopped slacking of and took ap courses. i havn't take sat or act. im wondering if i can still go to a uc, during the fall 07 instead of a community college. my big prob is that my mom wont allow me to go to college she wants me to go stair to a university?

Take the SAT or ACT, make sure you do well on it. The only other thing I can suggest is that when you apply to universities...apply for summer, I have heard that it is slightly easier to get in for summer. If not, you could always go to a community college and then transfer to a university. Either way, good luck and work hard.

Have you asked your cousin to see the letter? If it is true what she says...she would keep the letter as evidence, ask her about it. If she claims, she has gotten rid of it...it makes her story less believable.

ok my boyfriend brushes his teeth everytime before he sees me, and i know because ill be on the phone with him and i can hear it. but, his breath stinks everytime! its weird it smells like old macaroni and cheese or something l0l. and thats y i dont kiss him a lot. and we fight a lot because i dont and he thinks its because like i dont love him as much. hes very sensitive so it would hurt him a lot if i told him, annd he'd get mad because i didnt tell him sooner, which is my problem with everything. what do i do?? and i dont no y but french kissing just isnt my favorite thing to do and he says he understands that but he'll still get mad because i wont kiss him. sometimes he'll hold my face n try to force me to kiss him. and last weekend i wouldnt kiss him so he pushed my face n my neck cracked like 10 times, but i think most of it was because i was just about to crack it because it needed it. but what can i do about his bad breath? i always have gum because im so paranoid about bad breath and so i give it to him sometimes. but then he'll be like, what are you trying to tell me something? and he'll laugh. helpp (link)

I believe the differences between colleges and universities are the type of degrees you receive. At a college, you get a lower degree, the associates...and at a university you receive a bachelor's. I suggest you work hard in high school now, and apply to both colleges and universities when the time comes. And if you don't get into the university...go to the college and then transfer.

do all kisses feel the same (physically)?
its just when i got my first kiss it felt sooo wierd... and gross too. like his lips (i am a girl btw) felt huge even though they werent, and kind of wet and VERY squishy. it was just gross. idk. are all kisses squishy? oh ya it was just like 5 or 6 pecks in a row, and sometimes our lips will stay touching two three seconds.
and please dont tell me that its really what you feel for the guy that makes a kiss good (i didnt feel anything for him, although he really liked me)i am really talking about the physical traits of a kiss, not emotional ones.

No, not all kisses feel the same...even if it is coming from the same person. When I got my first kiss, it was with this guy I really liked, and it was weird, but the more we kissed, the better it got.

I'm a 19 year old girl.
I'm going to see The Phantom of the Opera on Saturday, and I'm really excited!
Thing is, I have no idea what to wear. I've been to the theatre before, but never to a more formal show like this... to give you an idea, I've seen Mamma Mia, Da Kink In My Hair, and Beauty and the Beast.
I have two different outfits that I could use;
1: Dress pants, nice tank top, 3/4 length heavy cotton jacket (kind of dressy)
OR
2: Black halter chiffon dress, knee length, with black shoulder scarf
If it helps at all, my boyfriend's wearing a black suit with a white shirt.

I think you should definitely go with the dress, considering that your boyfriend is wearing a suit. You won't feel underdressed compared to him. And since it is an opera, you will feel like you fit in more if you are wearing black. If you think you are going to be overdressed, remember, it is better to be overdressed than underdressed.

Hi i cant remember what the movie is called its about these teenagers who are getting ready to go to prom and one car of teenagers are drinking and the other isn't and somehow they end up getting into a car accident one girl died and the other in critical condition, and when they go to court the mother of the dead girl says for his sentencing to be to write checks to the girl he killed each week and on the memo he would put her name that way each week he would have to remember what he did.
