ok so for a school project i need to make an outfit for a barbie

Well, you could use shirts with the half words across them, like HOLLI and ABER. This Barbie should probably have too much makeup, and a short skirt/shorts. Leggings would work best underneath. Or legwarmers over flipflops. Maybe a bellybutton piercing, with the shirt showing a little. Maybe she should wear the sweatpants with the words SEXY and JUICY on the back if you don't want the skirt... hm...

Try wearing a dress with jeans or shorts. And some nice knee length boots or small flats! Maybe even tunic shirts. But a lot of Lily Allen's dresses can be found for similar at regular stores, and go great with jeans. That way you won't hinder your cello playing. It will just be like wearin a really long shirt!

Alright, so basically my style in clothes sucks. I just wear jeans and sweatshirts all of the time. I really want to change my style into a more fashionable trend I guess. I'm not the kind of person who wears the hollister short skirts and uggs kind of person either so please don't reccomend any kind of those clothes that are skanky. How can I ease into a new style with out just changing really quick, so people don't think that i'm crazy. Also, what are some really good outfits and stuff? Pictures would be nice too! I'm a sophomore in high school (16). Again, I really don't like the preppy, uggs stlye, but not really the grungy types of clothes either. thanks!
Try a more classy look, with a touch of originality. Maybe a bit boho. try going to Charlotte Russe or Wet Seal or one of those stores and go to the clearance rack. Try jeans and a camisole with a nice blazer. You can get those cheap if you look. Maybe, if you like, I put on a short skirt over my jeans.

You probably should start by wearin knit sweaters or nice graphic hoodies (Kohls?). Jeans look good with everything by the way :)

Sometimes you can download the video from certain sources. Or, if you have a DVD, you might be able to look into downloading that onto your comp. Bootleg (illegally filmed/recived/printed) DVDs are easier to download I believe.
If all else fails, some people just set up a camera to film a TV or video on their TV. Or they record it on a DVD.
The recording sound and picture is terrible though.
For my media coursework I have to analyse an advert that subverts the family stereotype. So it involves a family but not a stereotypical one.
Stereotypical family: mum and dad, two - three kids, live in a nice house, have nice neighbours and so on...

Would those Eggo commerticals count? Where the dad tries to eat his daughter's waffles and she thwarts him each time, or is animation not allowed? Because that is the best I can think of. I'll check back in if I think of more though.

What does your family eat for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner? I want to cook for my family this year and we have never celebrated either of those holidays before.
For both we have a turkey, which takes a few hours to prepare (you may want to google thanksgiving turkey) for both Chrustmas and Thanksgiving. We also have rolls (warm and buttered) as well as a fruit dish, like cranberries. My grandma sometimes makes turkey stuffing (once again, google). Sometimes a salad is nice too
As an appetizer, we normally have an assortment for the family. Cheeses, pepperoni, and salami to put on crackers. We also make chili cheese dip (made by mixing chili and cheese) or salsa with tortilla chips.
For Christmas my family always makes cookies as well, it's quite a tradition. But if you don't want to make them, you can buy some as well.

Just to let you all aware , Im straight .
Girls are turned on by gay guys... for some reason as well. One of my friends will always pair up two hot guys she sees in her mind.
But maybe the thing that you see a lot more about gay men than gay women. And also, girls are surprisingly gay to one another naturally (all hugs and I love you and kisses on the cheek and grins in each others' directions) even if they are straight, so you can never be sure if two girls are lesbian unless... they tell you. Or maybe it's because you don't exactly know how two gay women can have sex, and you definately know how two men can. It can be a bunch of different things.
But all in all, society is nothing but idiots.

So yeah. I'm friends with a lot of boys in my school. Girls have never really liked me, so I surround myself with boys. I have about 20 good guy friends. All of my guy friends and even some guys that I'm not really friends with always make sexual references towards me. Anything that has to do with anything sexual, they'll bring me into it. They call me a slut, a whore, a hooker, whatever. I know they're joking around, but why do they do it? It's always me. It's always been me thats been called the slut or the whore.
The thing is, I am in no way a slut. I've kissed two boys in my life. They know that. I know I'm not skanky. But why do they say all these things to me? They all always watch me eat at lunch too, especially if I have a banana or something haha. Does this mean that they like me? That they think of me in that way a lot? What does it mean because its been confusing me for a year. Any input would help. Just so you know, it doesn't bother me emotionally. They're not taunting me or anything, it can just get annoying.
They're being stupid. Sometimes when a girl only hangs around guys or has few girlfriends, then it's automatically thought that she sleeps with them all even if they really know it isn't true (though this normally happenes with girls). Unlike girls, boys don't think people will be offended or get too annoyed by it, they don't have all the messy emotions girls have. They probably don't think they're really annoying or confusing you, they probably think its just what you said. They're kidding around and don't really mean it.
OK, this is my 3rd question about this guy, if you havent read my other questions....ill fill you in:
Okay so this guy really likes me and keeps following me wherever i go. He gets really close to my face when he talks and is obnoxious and annoying. a tad bit rude too. Im ognoring him at the moment, and its NOY WORKING. He just wont give up. Im actually ANGRY. I dotn know what to do other than to tell him straight up thaat i dont want him following me. But he recently got transfered to 2 of my classes and sat next to me in both. One of them was my favorite classes and now hes in it. I know its not his doing, but he atleast can make an effort to try to stay away from me. No, he knows im avoiding him and is still ding every little thing he possibly can to be near me. Its gotten to the point where i cant even hang out with my own friends! Im really upset and angry, and i really need some help, and help that will work and keep away from me and out of my life.
Absolutely tell him he is scaring you and he needs to stop following you around. Tell him girls do not like it when you get thisclose to them. Start out nicely, but if he keeps doing if you may have to get a bit harsher. And if he STILL follows you, tell a teacher, definately. Because if you told him to stop twice, and he still does it, he has no respect for you and may end up doing something worse. But don't jump to conclusions right away, you have to tell him first, sometimes guys just can't take a hint.

i need some help brainstorming explained things! i have to write a myth that's modern day, but my god has to have a power that results in unexplained happenings like love. it can't be like the god of thunder and lightening because thunder & lightening can be proven scientifically!
so i'm have a writers block! it's not like i need help writing it, so it's not plagerism.
some good ideas would be appreciated!
Try something like, artistic talent. Explain how muses give people artistic talent and such, that's unexplained. Or how diseases in the world began, no one really knows where diseases first came from. Maybe an angry god did it? Or even intelligence. If you read about the make-up of our brains, it explains nothing about why we are able to be so advanced and other creatures aren't. So that can't exactly be proved scientifially either. Like, a god wanted to see what happened when you have a creature on earth questions. He thinks it will be funny to see so many confused humans around questioning and questioning and getting frustrated and wanting more and more than they first had.
I would like some ideas for possible photoshoots. I was thinking of "In Wonderland" and "Queen of hearts". Something imaginative, original? Any ideas, a certain fairytale character? I want it to be fun for my models.. :]
Try things like arabian faerie tales or the real Grimm Brothers' faerie tales. I have some from India, and they'd be really fun for a photoshot. A man in a jackel suit, a "pixie" and bunches of other things. My favorite Grimm brothers' story is Rapunzle, or the one with the man, picolo, and the rats. Or you could just go disney.
Seriously though, Grimm's Faerie Tales or foreign ones will probably be best.
I have had the motorola razr V3xx platinum for about a month now. now all of a sudden i'm getting the message "unable to charge" when i plug it into my charger.
does anybody know how to fix this??
My mom had this happen to her razr. She called up and complained to get a new one. We had ours for about a month too, chances are if you tell them what happened you'll get a new one. But I don't think there's anyway to fix your home. That's a fault in the phone.

Try something cute yet personal, like maybe what is your deepest fear or what was the last dream you had. If you want, you could probably get a dream dictionary and ask each other about them, etc. Or maybe things like what would you do if... something happened.

okay well ever since i first got my period
it was irregular
like i had gotten it june summer 06
and then i only got it maybe 3 or 4 times since
My mom decided to put me on birth control
so ive been on it for 19 or 20 days
and i got my period[which i havent gotten in a good 7 monthes maybe]
on the same day i got my period,i had un protected sex
[it was before i started bleeding]
But yes i have taken my pills at the same time for all of those 19 -20 days
so are the chances of me being pregnant slim?

Well I have no idea what the girl below is saying, but I wouldn't use that cute rhyme to your boyfriend unless he likes that sort of thing. Your chances are very slim on birth control (it is BIRTH control, controlling birth), just make sure you have him wear a condom next time to slim the chances down more. Though I doubt you're pregnant. Just try not to miss days on the BC pill.
