Well one place you could get it would be wet seal.They have all types of colors and styles of those kind of hats. Hope this helped!

Well, Wet Seal for one, thats the store that girl is posing for. Or Charlotte Russe, or any other similar store. JC Penny's, Macy's, Carson's, Rue 21, Forever 21, Sears even. And Rave. A lot of stores have hats like that.

Oh, and I don't think thats a beret. It looks like a beanie... or maybe just a knit cap. Or maybe theres a difference between the French and American, but this is a beret:
