Hey everybody. I've love giving advice so I'll answer every question I can. If you need any advice on anything, just ask me! A little about me- I play tennis and I love to shop and hang out at my pool with friends. I'll be a sophomore in high school this year so I've had plenty of experience on friendship and relationships. I always try to take my time and answer every question thoughtfully. I don't care about ratings or any of that, I just want to help people out. :-)

OK....i want to do gymnastics and im not very flexible. I am but not as flexibale as other ppl....anyway do you hav to be flexible to do gymnastics? And is it hard to learn to do gymnastics?? Plz help i rate high!
Well yeah, you do have to be pretty flexible. If you want to get into gymnastics you should stretch a lot every day. Also start working on the easy things like cartwheels, back bends and splits. And I'm not gonna lie, it is hard to learn gymnastics. It takes a long time to learn different things. But once you get the hang of it, there's lots of stuff you can learn and it's really fun. :-)

ok well i have a bf that iv been gion out with for about 3 months,im not sure wether to stay with him or not,i mean all of my friends are telling me to brake up with him and try out some other gies,but i love him and sometimes i dont i have no clue what to do,pleasse help me!!!
Why would you break up with him just because your friends say you should? If you really like him, there's no reason to try other guys. I can tell you what will happen right now. You'll date around for awhile and realize that what you're looking for is what you already had. If you really love this guy, stay with him and tell your friends to leave you alone about it. :-)

i make such a big deal out of little things with me and my boyfriend.. he thinks kristin from laguna beach is so hot so we fight wen he watches it.. its not my fault im jealous, but what can i do?
Why does every guy think she's so hot? I don't get it. Anyways just don't worry about stuff like that. There's no chance in the world that he could ever hook up with her or even meet her, so there's no reason for you to be concerned. If it were one of your friends or something, then maybe you'd have a reason to be a little jealous. Next time he comments on how hot Kristin is just be like "Yeah Stephen is really hot too!" Or something like that. Maybe he'll realize how annoying it is and stop saying it. Hope this helps!

i have like horrible sleeping problems...like sometimes i dont even fall asleep till almost 3 in the morning. does anyone have any like tips or something to help me fall asleep?

I've had this problem before too. Chances are you're just really stressed and you have a lot on your mind. Try and clear your head before you go to bed and assure yourself that there's nothing going on that you need to worry about. You could also try taking a warm bath or shower before bed because it will make you tired. What I usually do is just put the sleep timer on on my tv and just fall asleep listening to a show. Hope this helps! If it doesn't maybe you should talk to your doctor because you could have insomnia.

my boyfriend goes to a vocation school or whatever and he is going to be a junior, which means all the freshman girls are going to be in his shop classes. it makes me so nervous and he says nothing will happen but i know how girls can be liek and how guys can be like. i am stressing alot badly and i dont know what to do=( help please ( i got to a diff school) thanks hun ur gorgeus!
Aww, thank you! I understand how you must feel. I'd be a little worried about it too. Just make sure you don't bother him about it a lot or he'll get annoyed. I'm sure you have nothing to worry about. If he's a really sweet + cute guy then yeah there might be some girls trying to talk to him, but most freshmen are going to be too self-concious and intimidated to flirt with a junior. Plus, if he really is a great guy, he won't want anything to do with them, since he has you! :-)

Well i got my hair cut about a month and a half ago. The lady made the layers shorter than my ear (they are right up to my ear right now) and she made other layers a little longer till it got to a little lower than my sholder. It grew about one inch in the past month and a half. I really want it to be full,because i guess she thought it was to "thick" (that jerk...i told her kinda long layers not fucking short ones)
OMG the exact same thing just happened to me in May. I expected it to be long and flowing by the end of summer but unfortunately it didn't work. There's really nothing you can do to make your hair grow faster except wait it out. :-)

Yes, she's a natural blonde. If you watch those specials about her growing up, she had blonde hair then. She does get highlights and dye it different shades, but she is a natural blonde. :)

people say running is a way to lose wieght but can i just walk instead? if not, why cant i?
Well sure you can walk, it's good for your legs. But running is cardio and it's going to burn wayyyy more calories. Running burns about 450 cals per hour, where walking only burns about 175 per hour. And of course you're not going to do it for an hour straight. Basically walking for a half hour burns about the same amount of cals as running for like 10 minutes. I guess it just depends on how intense you want your workout to be. Hope this helps!

My friend is throwing a party and invited my crush. The thing is my friend said that I have to tell my crush by the end of the party that I like him or she will. I know I have to tell him I just don't want to deal with the potential heartbreak right now. Should I talk to my friend and hopefully convince her not to do it or just tell my crush? Oh and if I tell him his ex is probably gonna be close by since she's invited too... I rate high for good advice! Thanks!
Wow your friend sounds pretty mean. Why would she want to embarras you like that? If I were you I'd tell him myself. Just casually talk to him and ask him if he wants to hang out 1-on-1 sometime because you really like him. That way you can make sure what gets said to him is exactly what you want him to hear. If you're friend does it, she might say that wrong thing. Who knows, maybe he likes you too! Oh, and don't worry about his ex.

Hey. I was wondering, what is the best way to get highlights done...at a salon or at home using the highlighting kit. How long would it take if I were to get temporary highlights? How long would it last? How long would it take for the highlights to appear on my hair? I have like dark brown hair that looks black (I'm African American), and I was thinking of getting brown or light brown highlights. What do you guys think looks best?
P.S.: If I were to use the home highlighting kit, which is the best one?
Definitely go to a salon. It costs a little more but it's totally worth it. If you try to do it yourself and you really don't konw what you're doing, there's a good chance it's not going to look right. So if you have really dark hair, some dark brownish highlights would look really good. :-)

That stuff really doesn't work well. It's cheap because it's a piece of crap. lol. Try CoverGirl Perfect Point Plus. It's like $4 and it works really well. :-)

I'm 14/f
I think im fat and I wanna lose weight. I don't eat breakfast or lunch and barely dinner. All my friends are worried about me and try to get me to eat but I just say i'm not hungry. My question is, is this that serious and that unhealthy? Thanks!
In a word, NO! This is completely unhealthy. Trust me I know a ton about dieting and stuff. Not eating can actually cause you to GAIN weight! I'm not sure why, but it's been proven. Plus there are certain nurtrients you need to survive. You're much better off sticking to a healthy diet where you get 3 sqaure meals a day. You can eat low calorie foods, but skipping out on meals is not the way to go. Hope this helps!

It really depends on your height and frame size, not your age. Here's a BMI chart you could check out. http://www.bmi-calculator.net/ A healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9 :-)
