nope not at all..excersize do 100 sit ups a day dont go to mcdonalds ..lol unless u get there salad..umm eat good foods but you dont have to watch wut u eat just try to eat better foods..jog..the more excersize the less you have to watch your weight..it all has to even out and once you got your bikini body still work out just not as much :-D hope i helped

nope its totally normal..my mom didn;t get hers til she was like 14 almost 15..so your fine..dont worry about it and everyones body is different. dont worry to much about it :-D hope i helped

ok i know alot about this lol this is somthing i actually NO ok here
1. scratch your scalp like ALOT so that the dead cells or w/e dandrift doesn't block it
2. brush you hair 100 times a night
3.dont blow dry it curl it...use nething that would damage it so wear it up
4. dont highlight it or nething
5. there are certain pills you can take to make it grow birth control is one of them
6. wash it every other day if u wash it everyday ull get alot of split ends

well no but i have a technique for you..ok lets say u have a sandwitch ( a full on) eat HALF and then wait 3 hours and eat the other half..only eat half of your meal then wait 3 hours and eat the other half..dont make it TO fatening tho... my mom did this and she lost tons of weight hopefully it will work for you :-D

I bite my nails, it's a nervous habit (a bad one too). I think it's because my parents put a lot of pressure on me and my sisters (one of them also bites her nails). I like chewing on things, and nails are just convenient. I don't like gum, though- so I don't want to chew on that. I don't want to chew on food because I don't want to stuff myself because of a nervous habit. I hate carrots. How can I stop biting my nails? I am 17, and I have had my period for about 4 years now. It had been pretty regular for quite awhile, but recently it has been getting very irregular. For Example, I got my period on July 15th, and it only lasted for 3 days which is highly unusal for me. Then today, I got my period again, and its only the 2nd, and it is much more heavy than it usally is.
Is this possibly a sign that there is something wrong with me, and if so, does anyone have any idea of what it is? I was thinking of going to the gynocologist, but my mom said its normal, but I dont think it is, because I know what is normal for me. Also, What should I expect at my first gyno visit? (link)
