I've been a quadriplegic since May 04, 2002. My spinal cord was broken at c-3 and at c-4.I've had no feeling in my limbs until August 2004, When I began to have a tingling sensation in my right foot. Since then, the tingling has become very painul at times. We have elevated my foot and tried massaging and taking pain killers but to no avail. Most recently, my hands and left foot has been giving the same tingling feeling my right foot gave me, just not as painful as my right foot. Now when my wife move my right foot or massage it, I feel the terrible tingling with sharp jolts as if my foot is being electricuted. The unexplained pain is driving me crazy! Can you explain to me, what's going on?
I have no idea about that. THe best thing you c ould do right now is to take your questions to a real doctor!

i don't experiment with my hair. usually just keep it straightened and long. but anyways i feel like doing something new with it and i just took a shower so it's still pretty damp but with my actual question: what does mousse do to your hair? i've been trying to get that like crimped *but not so crimped* like.. wavy/curly look. and when i talk to girls who do it they say their hair is naturally like that and they just gel it up. but my hair is like.. just small wavy when it's gel'd and my best friend said just put mousse in it but problem is i don't have any mousse and i'd like to know what it looks like before i go borrow or buy some.
mousse will just make your hair harder..so it will be easier to work with...its something like gel..but gel works better :)
ok say i met this guy on the internet and we wanted to met somewhere but not alone i mean with like other people. What if he says he is 14 but is really 45 or something should i bring a knife or a gun????? should i have a cell phone ready just in case he tries to do something to me????? NEED HELP FAST !!!!!!!!

lately my boyfriend has been really weird...whenever i call he says hes "eating" and if he can call me back in about 15 minutes...well...its more than 15mins when he calls back its more lkie 2 hours...i said "wow you were eating all that time?" and he was like no sorry...stuff came up...and i was like okay i mean i understand and stuff...but he did it AGAIN..2 times same day...the next time he said he was gonna eat dinner and called me back in 5 hours!!!!! he called me back at 11pm at night..then he asked if he could call me back again..and never did...well he asked me to call him today around 1...so i did and he was like oh well i was just about to take a shower..can i call u when i get out? and HE STILL HASNT CALLED! its now 5 pm...we were surpose to go hangout today....he didnt even apologize for last night not calling me back....what should i do?? ive talked to him about it but i dont know...i usually go see him every wednesday night (since we dont go to the same school) and do you think i shouldnt go see him wdnesday or do what hes doing to me back to him?? HELP wut would u do???

ask him what the hell is up! I know stuff comes up...but damn..dont keep callin me and say that your gonna call right back. Or just tell him straight up..dont call me unless you have time to talk. That should work..or atlest he should get the message that this is is really getting on your nerves.

okay to get straight to it i have a dad who has gotten our family to sit together and tell us that he wants to leave our family. He is always fighting with my mom and tell her what to do he bosses her around and she does what ever he says.. and he has just walked out on us before for no reason but then calls us and tell us he is coming home and even tho he tries to be nice sometimes and i dont no how to for give him for doing this to our family... I know that it must be hard on your whole family. Have you tried just sitting down and talking to him? Tell him how much his negative actions are hurting you and your fam. Of course I dont know the whole story..but there might be some things going on in his life that you dont know about or maybe dont understand. Tell him how you feel :)
My best friend has OCD... and she reminds me of it like 24/7. Whenever she leaves the house she asks like over and over if she left sumthin on and such. I keep reminding her that OCD is just that she is detailed and stuff like that (my parents are both doctors and explained it). It's driving me NUTS! help! what do I do?
Its nothing you really can do. It might be hard..but thats just part of her disorder. You sound like a very good friend for sticking around with her! :)
ok...for the last day of school, before break, i wore white pants...because they were white, i work a thong...im not a slut, so i dont let it hang out, and i usually wear a belt with my pants, but these were nice pants that i didnt need a belt for...well during lunch, i was walking up to my friend and my guy friend wanted to hug me from behind, but ended up steping on my pants adn everyone saw i was wearing a thong. he didnt pants me, but some people saw the string...i know its not bad to wear thongs, but that was a pretty embarassing situation, and i didnt want everyone knowing. tommorow i go back to school, and i dont want everyone laughing at me...what do i do?
hun...dont make a big deal about it :) If people seen it then, and didn't make fun of you..then chances are..they aren't going to make fun of you tomorrow! Slip-ups like that happen sometimes. and there is nothing you can do about it. Just go with the flow..act like it never happen, and they will forget about it!

how can it work out if you have never even seen him? It might be cool to have online buddies and everything. But theres a difference..having things in common and being the one for each other is two very different things. keep that in mind

Yes...I say move on. If this guy already has a girlfriend then why shouldn't you? So that means that if you dont you'll basically just be waiting around for him?? NO...If there is someone else that likes you...then move on hun!
hows does a person shed some weight quickly?? ive been trying to lose weight for along time now and nothing seems to work. i work out 3 hours a day and that doesnt help much either.. and im not good for holding diets. i do eat healty thou... any advice?

There is no quick way to loose weight. Its a process thats gonna take some time. If you've been working out for 3 hours a day, and doing everything right..then you should start to see some results. And eating healthy is hard for me to...you just have to be strong and stick with it :)
And about your friend...its a good thing that you are helping her with her problem. She needs someone to be there for her. Thats NOT a good way to loose weight..so dont ever think that it is.

Theres really nothing you can do about that. You just have to ignore people with ignorant comments.I think that stuffing will just make it worse. think about you...you come in school one day..then the next day you have huge boobs? Then they are gonna know that you stuffed them and they are gonna have more to laugh about. Just try to ignore them babe :) It'll get better!

I think it all depends on how long you guys have been together and what you plan on doing. I seriously dont recommend it..until your about 17 or 18..then you'll be able to handle the consequences if something was to happen.
14f. I really really want to get my nose pierced I think they're so cute!! My mom said I'm not allowed any piercings until im 16, what can I do to try and convince her that I really want it done!!! & I can't do it myself, it'd be way to difficult/.
The samt hing with me and my tattoo..she wont let me get one. The only thing I can tell you is to show her that you are responsible and you wont get out of hand when you get one. Parents love it when you act responsible! But if that doesn't work....2 years isn't all that long. Think about it this way...you've waited 14 years..2 more wont kill ya!
I've had a hamster before (when I was really young) and since have gotten into reptiles a lot, and have snakes and lizards and all that. So I'm pretty used to handling a lot of animals, (and, well, I wouldn't do something idiotic like holding a rodent before handling my snakes.)
I think rats are one of the most intelligent species of animals, and make great pets. I've always loved them, and I'd like to get a young rat. - I'm not sure how to take care of one, though. Are they OK in a regular cage? In a tank? Is taking care of a rat more complicated, or about the same as a hamster? If I do get one, I want it to have a full life. How long do they usually live?

Okay, 3 of my very good friends think they're fat... and they're NOT!!! we're only 13 years old and they've been going on all these diets. They hardly eat anything at lunch! I cant convince them that they're not fat! I'm really afraid they're going to go anorexic or bulemic. I dont know what to do, or what to say to them to convince them they're not fat. I've talked to them MANY times about it, but they just dont believe me. It really bugs me that they think they're fat, cuz they're not fat AT ALL! please help me!
Everyone has that problem at some point or another. I always had people telling me that I wasn't fat, when I thought I was. I just had to grow out of it. Still to this day, I skip lunch, so dont worry, if they get hungry..they will eat! Just watch them for signs of eating disorders and things of that nature..but for right now..just keep telling them they are beautiful the way they are :)
